Feed composition using perilla meal and method for producing thereof
The present invention relates to a feed composition using perilla meal, in which the ratio of omega-3 (omega-3) fatty acid and omega-6 (omega-6) fatty acid is adjusted to 1:4 or less to obtain livestock products, such as meat or milk, containing a large amount of unsaturated fatty acid. More specifically, the present invention related to a feed composition using perilla meal to produce livestock products with the ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 fatty acids being 1:4 or less which is a recommended ratio of the World Health Organization (WHO).

Urea ammonium sulphate-based composition and method for the manufacture thereof
The invention relates to a homogeneous, solid, particulate, urea ammonium sulphate (UAS)-based composition comprising urea ammonium sulphate, a urease inhibitor of the type phosphoric triamide and magnesium sulphate, characterized in that the UAS-based composition comprises 0.02 to 1 weight % of magnesium sulphate, 0.0001 to 1 weight % of the urease inhibitor and about 5 to about 30 weight % of ammonium sulphate. The composition according to the invention has improved properties for reducing ammonia loss by urease activity in the soil and is in particular suitable as a fertilizer. The invention further relates to a method for the manufacture of a homogeneous, solid, particulate urea ammonium sulphate-based composition comprising urea, ammonium sulphate and a urease inhibitor of the type phosphoric triamide, in particular N-(n-butyl) thiophosphoric triamide (nBTPT), as well as to a composition of kit of parts comprising an amount of a) magnesium sulphate; b) a urease inhibitor of the type phosphoric triamide, preferably N-(n-butyl) thiophosphoric triamide (nBTPT); c) optionally, an alkaline or alkaline-forming compound, selected from the group of calcium oxide, zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, calcium carbonate, and mixtures thereof, and d) optionally, one or more anti-caking and/or moisture-repellent and/or anti-dust compounds.
AMINO ACID CHELATES FOR REDUCING OXIDATIVE STRESS
Provided herein are formulations and methods useful in the treatment of diseases and disorders in livestock due to oxidative stress. The formulations include metal amino acid chelates.
Probiotic sports nutrition compositions
The present application relates to nutritional compositions comprising lactic acid-producing bacteria.

Use of copper-calcium sulphate as animal feed additive
Provided is a method of using a copper-calcium sulphate as an animal feed additive. When used in animal breeding, a low dose of the copper-calcium sulphate can achieve the effect of that high dosage of copper sulphate achieve in the promotion of animal growth, and thus the copper-calcium sulphate can be used as an animal basic nutritional supplement to substitute low-copper preparations in the breeding of poultry, livestock or aquatic animals. Copper-calcium sulphate, used as a novel, efficient and safe feed additive in the feed processing industry and animal breeding industry, can reduce the dosage of copper ion by nearly 50-70% to achieve the same production performance, can significantly reduce the use of copper in animal husbandry, and can reduce the production costs, reduce the toxic side effects of a high level of copper, and reduce the environmental pollution, thus the copper-calcium sulphate is a copper compound with unique advantages.

METHODS OF FEEDING HIGH FAT POURED FEED BLOCKS
Methods of feeding ruminants involve positioning the feed blocks in a pasture accessible to the ruminants. The feed block may have a total fat content of about 7 wt % to 33 wt % and an intake modifier to control intake of the feed blocks. High fat pellets having a high total fat content provide at least a portion of the fat in the high fat feed blocks. The methods control a rate of ingestion of high fat feed blocks by ruminants while not negatively affecting performance, and in some instances, ingestion of the blocks results in improved performance.
OPTIMIZED NUTRIENT SALT COMPOSITION
The invention relates to an optimized nutrient salt composition comprising elemental sodium and potassium in the ratio of 1:1.5 to 1:7 preferably 1:3 and elemental potassium to chloride in the ratio of 1:1 to 1:1.5 and method of preparing the same. Said composition can be optionally added with a) salts of calcium and, or magnesium as taste stabilizers, b) carbohydrate like polysaccharide, oligosaccharide, disaccharide, monosaccharide to produce energy electrolyte powder, c) food additives selected from anti-caking agents, crystal modifying agents, flavoring agents, flavor modifying agents, coloring agents and or any other food additives and d) nutrients selected from proteins, amino acids, carbohydrates, sugars, fat/oil, fatty acids, vitamins, minerals and water. Said optimized nutrient salt composition can be used as food, food ingredient, food supplement, table salt, preservative, food additive, seasoning agent and ingredient for oral rehydration fluid, intravenous fluids, beverages, energy drinks, sports/study drinks and stimulant drinks for humans, pets and livestock and for plant nutrition.
