CARBON CAPTURE SYSTEM, APPARATUS, AND METHOD
A combined power conversion and carbon capture and recycling subsystem including a fossil fueled oxidation unit, a physical adsorbent CO2 capture medium, rotor, motor, heater, CO2 compressor, diffuser and water storage tank. Exhaust gas from fossil fuel oxidation is scrubbed of CO2 via passage across a physical adsorbent and then released from the adsorbent via fuel oxidation waste heat. High CO2 concentration scrubber exhaust air is then compressed and fed to a diffuser which facilitates dissociation of the CO2 into water where it is temporarily stored for use in watering plants. Carbon from fossil fuel is recycled back into the environment and permanently stored as biomass by natural means of photosynthesis.
OXIDATION OF ENGINE GENERATED PARTICULATE MATTER UTILIZING EXHAUST MANIFOLD GASES
An improved system and method for treating exhaust emissions from a combustion engine is provided. The system provides improved arrangements for oxidizing particulate matter away from a particulate filter by utilizing elevated temperature exhaust manifold gases.
Non-thermal particulate filter regeneration
A particular trap is regenerated without the use of heat. The regeneration is accomplished using a valving mechanism for periodically creating a reverse pressure throughout the entire trap, after the reverse pressure is created controls are operative to start a regeneration cycle by creating a substantially instantaneous reverse pressure drop across the porous walls of the entire trap to dislodge accumulated particulate cake and by causing the filtered exhaust gas to flow back through the porous walls to remove the dislodged particulate from the trap. A settling tank is connected to the exhaust pipe upstream of the trap to receive and store the dislodged particulate. The controls are operative to return the system to its filtering operation. Gaseous effluent from the tank is returned to the exhaust system upstream of the filter to provide a closed system in which only filter gas is discharged to atmosphere.
Systems, methods, and apparatuses related to vehicles with reduced emissions
This disclosure relates generally to vehicles with reduced emissions. More particularly, this disclosure relates to systems, methods, and apparatuses related to vehicles with reduced carbon dioxide emissions. The carbon dioxide emissions may be stored in a carbon dioxide clathrate.

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING EXHAUST GAS
A method of processing exhaust gas includes receiving incoming exhaust gas and cooling it in at least one heat exchanger to create cooled exhaust gas. The cooled exhaust gas is compressed in a compressor to liquefy CO.sub.2 leaving a remaining exhaust gas. The remaining exhaust gas is circulated through the heat exchanger to cool subsequent incoming exhaust gas and warm the remaining exhaust gas. At least a portion of the liquid CO.sub.2 may be pelletized in a pelletizer.
Engine emissions encapsulation in asphalt
The present disclosure includes various methods systems and apparatuses for carbon dioxide capture and utilization such as for encapsulation in asphalt. For example, a method can include combusting fuel to generate a flow of exhaust from a working machine operating to perform one or more asphalt related tasks, capturing CO2 from the exhaust, storing the CO2 in a storage unit onboard the working machine, forming asphalt that includes an amount of the CO2 from the storage unit by selectively mixing the amount of the CO2 from the storage unit with calcium, and using the asphalt that is formed that includes the amount of the CO2 from the storage unit encapsulated therein at a jobsite.
Mobile carbon capture system enhancement
The technology disclosed herein relates to a system for the efficient capture and storage of carbon dioxide from a vehicle's exhaust while in transit. The system includes an apparatus for extracting the carbon dioxide from an exhaust gas and passing it to a compressor or carbon dioxide management system. The system then compresses the carbon dioxide and determines if a tire has capacity for the carbon dioxide. The tire has a carbon dioxide chamber and an external air chamber. If the carbon dioxide air chamber has capacity, the compressor will supply compressed carbon dioxide into the carbon dioxide chamber. Upon arrival at an external storage location, the carbon dioxide stored in the tires are able to be extracted and supplied to the external storage location.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MOBILE CARBON CAPTURE
A system for mobile carbon capture, preferably including a capture module, a regeneration module, and a storage module 130. The system can optionally include a thermal control module and/or a dehumidifier. A method for mobile carbon capture, preferably including adsorbing a target species, desorbing the target species, and storing the target species. The method can optionally include pre-treating input gas, offloading stored species, and/or regenerating desiccators.
