The pair of left and right exhaust pipes respectively includes, on a downstream side of the catalyst, a branching portion that has one side thereof extending to the muffler and the other side thereof extending to a connecting pipe. An oxygen sensor is provided to one side on a downstream side of the pair of left and right branching portions.

The exhaust gas discharge apparatus includes: two or more driving wind intake sets installed at a lower part of a vehicle to collect a driving wind generated during running of a vehicle and guiding the collected driving wind into an induction cover of the discharge inducing device mounted onto the end portion of an exhaust pipe through a driving wind passage pipe; and a discharge inducing device includes an exhaust gas passage pipe, a driving wind connection passage, and an induction cover. The exhaust gas passage pipe is connected to the exhaust pipe, and includes a plurality of exhaust gas outlets disposed at the end portion thereof.

It is a technical problem to provide an engine device that includes an exhaust gas purification device, which can be efficiently arranged in an engine installation space. The engine is arranged on the lower side of an operating seat, and a flywheel housing is arranged in such a manner as to be positioned on the front portion side of a traveling machine body, and the exhaust gas purification device is arranged on the upper side of the rear of the engine. Also, the engine is coupled with an air cleaner that draws in fresh air on the left side thereof. Furthermore, a hood includes a hood cover configured to be openable/closable in the rear thereof and covers the upper portion of the exhaust gas purification device.

Pulse turbo charging exhaust system

Exhaust systems are described. In examples, an exhaust flow path couples exhaust ports with one or more turbochargers of an engine. The exhaust flow path may have a portion flowing through a cylinder head (e.g., couplable to the exhaust ports) and a portion flowing through an exhaust manifold (couplable to the cylinder head and the turbocharger(s)). The flow paths may be shaped to reduce the sharpness of turns between the exhaust ports and the turbocharger(s). For example, curves along the flow path may be less than 90 degrees or have a minimum curve radius, which may vary along the flow path. Additionally, at least two, independent flow paths may exist between the exhaust ports and the turbocharger(s). The cross-sectional shape of any part of the flow path may be elliptical, including at inlets and outlets.

Modular discharge silencer for vehicle-mounted compressor

A modular silencer for use on a compressor or blower mounted on a vehicle. The compressor has an intake port and an exhaust port, and the silencer has an inlet port in communication with the exhaust port of the compressor. The silencer includes a silencer housing and a resonator assembly removably positioned inside the housing. In one embodiment, the compressor includes a compressor housing and a power input shaft protruding from the compressor housing adjacent the air exhaust port. The silencer housing preferably includes a concave portion that at least partially receives the power input shaft. The silencer housing can also include a groove on the inner surface, and the resonator assembly can be at least partially positioned in the groove. Preferably, the resonator assembly includes a resonator plate, a plurality of resonator pipes extending through the plate, and a reinforcing flange coupled between at least two of the resonator pipes.

INDUSTRIAL VEHICLE

An object is to provide an industrial vehicle whereby it is possible to arrange an exhaust purifying apparatus in an efficient layout, and to achieve a high purifying performance. An industrial vehicle includes: a cargo loading device disposed on a front part of a vehicle; a counter weight disposed on a rear part of the vehicle; an engine housed in an engine room formed in front of the counter weight inside the vehicle; and an exhaust purifying device disposed inside the engine room and configured to purify exhaust gas of the engine.
