The sleeve has a longitudinal slit and an opening formed through the sleeve. The opening is configured to receive a sensor. The system includes a collar portion made of heat-insulating material and includes a base part configured to attach to the sleeve portion and a collar enclosure that extends radially from the base part. The collar enclosure defines an open chamber configured to surround the sensor and shield the sensor from heat while permitting access to the sensor. A closure is configured to retain the collar portion on the sleeve portion and hold the heat shield system in place.

The first restraint includes a first restraint first end that is fixed to the outer blanket surface. The sensor table includes a platform, a first standoff, a second standoff, a first footing, and a second footing. The first footing is offset from the platform by the first standoff and configured to be coupled to the first restraint. The second footing is offset from the platform by the second standoff and configured to be coupled to the first restraint.

The counter locking collar may include an open axial side and a covered axial side which may be spaced apart from each other with respect to an axial axis. The covered axial side of the counter locking collar may be covered by said filter element body. The counter locking collar may be at least partially inserted into the hollow cylindrical installation space of the locking collar.

The tunable exhaust system may include an intake tube having first and second ends with a first flange, an exhaust tube having third and fourth ends with a second flange, and a clamp to securely affix the first flange of intake tube to the second flange of exhaust tube. The tunable insert assembly may comprise a register ring, insert, and orifice plate with an opening. The insert may be perpendicularly disposed through the opening of orifice plate, while the register ring may be disposed over and circumferentially surrounds an outermost surface of orifice plate. Lastly, the exhaust system may be configured to produce a desired range of tunable sound pressure levels and a desired tunable sound frequency range based on various predetermined diameters and lengths related to the insert(s).

The proposed technology relates to an oxygen sensor for a vehicle, the oxygen sensor including a housing, a sleeve coupled to the housing, a sensor element configured to determine an oxygen concentration and provided within an inner space defined by the housing and the sleeve, a contact terminal connected to the sensor element, a contact bush including an upper bush and a lower bush, and a positioning unit coupled with the contact bush and maintaining a gap between a circumference of the contact bush and an inner side surface of the sleeve. In particular, the contact bush is coupled with the sensor element and the terminal at the center of the sleeve, and movement due to external impact is prevented.
