An exhaust muffler has an exhaust inlet, an exhaust outlet, as well as a catalytic converter which, in the flow direction, is disposed between the exhaust inlet and the exhaust outlet. Exhaust gas purification device

An exhaust gas purification device is disclosed provided with a denitration catalyst for reducing and removing nitrogen oxides in exhaust gas using ammonia as a reducing agent in a gas flow passage through which the exhaust gas discharged from a boiler flows, and which injects ammonia into the exhaust gas flowing through the gas flow passage on an upstream side of the denitration catalyst, including multiple disturbing plate support members, and a disturbing plate. The multiple disturbing plate support members are fixedly provided on a downstream side of the denitration catalyst and arranged extending linearly in a flow path cross section to cross the gas flow passage. The disturbing plate includes an exhaust gas flow facing surface exposed on an upstream side and is fixed to the disturbing plate support members so that a position thereof in the flow path cross section can be changed.

A panel assembly includes a panel member, a frame member, and at least one first bar member, and at least one second bar member. Aftertreatment system for mixing a reductant in an exhaust gas flowing therethrough

An SCR system includes at least one catalyst, and an intake conduit. The intake conduit includes an intake conduit first sidewall, at least a portion of which defines a first curvature. An intake conduit second sidewall is coupled to the intake conduit first sidewall so as to define the intake conduit. A catalyst is fluidly coupled to the intake conduit through the intake conduit second sidewall. The intake conduit second sidewall is inclined at a first angle with respect to a longitudinal axis of the SCR system, such that an intake conduit second end cross-section of the intake conduit is smaller than an intake conduit first end cross-section. An intake conduit third sidewall is positioned at the intake conduit second end. The intake conduit is structured to produce an even flow split of the exhaust gas through the intake conduit internal volume towards the catalyst.

EXHAUST GAS PURIFICATION DEVICE

An exhaust gas purification device is disclosed provided with a denitration catalyst for reducing and removing nitrogen oxides in exhaust gas using ammonia as a reducing agent in a gas flow passage through which the exhaust gas discharged from a boiler flows, and which injects ammonia into the exhaust gas flowing through the gas flow passage on an upstream side of the denitration catalyst, including multiple disturbing plate support members, and a disturbing plate. The multiple disturbing plate support members are fixedly provided on a downstream side of the denitration catalyst and arranged extending linearly in a flow path cross section to cross the gas flow passage. The disturbing plate includes an exhaust gas flow facing surface exposed on an upstream side and is fixed to the disturbing plate support members so that a position thereof in the flow path cross section can be changed.
