The hydraulic cooling system comprises a main housing and a cooling assembly housed at least partly within the main housing, with the cooling assembly being configured to reduce a temperature of hydraulic oil flowing through the hydraulic cooling system. The hydraulic cooling system further comprises an attachment assembly for attaching the main housing to the cab of the heavy-equipment machine. The main housing is configured to extend rearward from the cab.

Adapter device for attaching a cooling fan to a motor and cooling fan module for an automotive cooling system

The present invention provides an adapter device for attaching a cooling fan to a motor in a cooling fan module for an automotive cooling system. The device includes a connection member for rotationally fixed connection with a rotor of the motor. The rotor is surrounded by a stator comprising windings or coils arranged annularly about the rotor. The connection member is separate from the rotor and is configured for insertion into a central aperture or opening of the rotor for connection thereto via an outer surface of the connection member. An attachment member is provided at an end region of the connection member for attachment of a cooling fan thereto. The adapter device is configured to accommodate at least one bearing which supports the rotor for rotation about a rotational axis.

A frame device for a fan module for a main cooler and for a charge air cooler of a motor vehicle, comprising a main frame for the main cooler and a charge air cooler, separate from the latter, for the charge air cooler, wherein a seal is provided between the main frame and the charge air frame. Furthermore, the invention relates to a fan module with such a frame device.

COOLING PACKAGE FOR A MACHINE

A mounting assembly to mount a cooling fan assembly within a cooling package of a machine, is provided. The cooling package includes an inlet header, an outlet header, and a cooling core having a side extending between the inlet header and the outlet header. The mounting assembly includes a mounting plate coupled to the side of the cooling core. The mounting assembly further includes a mounting bracket coupled to the mounting plate and includes a mounting member for releasably coupling the cooling fan assembly within the cooling package.

Cooling module

A cooling module for use with an internal combustion engine having separate cooling circuits, the cooling module having a cuboid shaped structure having walls defining an internal open portion, at least one of the walls comprising a low-temperature heat exchanger circuit and one of the walls comprising a high-temperature heat exchanger circuit and a fan located within the open portion of the structure and enclosed by the walls. The fan is configured to act as a sucker fan to draw air from outside the structure through the at least one low-temperature heat exchanger circuit and to act as a blower fan by redirecting the air out of the structure through the at least one high-temperature heat exchanger circuit. The cooling module has increased fan efficiency, reduced noise, and optimal functional heat exchanger face area per given space.

An example power system includes: an engine; a generator configured to generate electrical power from mechanical power provided by the engine; power conversion circuitry configured to convert the electrical power from the generator to welding-type power; and a housing enclosing the engine, the generator, and the power conversion circuitry; and a radiator assembly configured to cool the engine and comprising a heat exchanger oriented substantially horizontally when the power system is installed.

Ventilation assembly for a heat exchanger

A ventilation assembly for a heat exchanger of a motor vehicle is provided, which includes a main body with a main opening, an electric fan mounted in the main opening, a connector and a retaining structure arranged on the main body. The electric fan includes an impeller and an associated electric driving motor. The connector is connected to the electric motor via an electric cable, and includes a plurality of terminals. The retaining structure includes a cavity having an open side for inserting the connector and a closed side for preventing an external access to the terminals of the connector, and a retaining member to retain the connector.

COOLING SYSTEM

A cooling system may include a skeleton frame having a central opening to receive and frame at least one cooling core. The skeleton frame has an interior to contain at least one conduit through which at least one fluid to be cooled may flow to the at least one cooling core. The cooling system may further include a skin wrapping over and about the skeleton frame to seal the interior of the skeleton frame.

It is provided a cooling fan module having: a fan shroud; a fan propeller cutout, which is formed in the fan shroud; a motor mount which is mechanically connected to the fan shroud by means of struts which are located at the rear viewed in the flow direction; a motor, which is mounted at least partially in the motor mount; a fan propeller which is arranged in the fan propeller cutout and which is driven rotationally about a rotational axis R by the motor. The fan propeller has a plurality of blade elements. All the elements of a group which has at least one of the struts and at least one of the blade elements are forward-sickled or rearward-sickled.
