Disclosed embodiments concern a composition and/or combination, and a method of administering the same as a feed, or to supplement the feed of, aquatic animals, particularly for aquaculture. Disclosed composition and/or combination embodiments may comprise glucan, silica, mineral clay, mannans, yucca, quillaja, a probiotic, and/or an adhesive agent. The adhesive agent may be selected particularly to facilitate administration to aquatic species. In certain embodiments the adhesive agent comprises an oil, such as soy oil, or a syrup, such as molasses, or combinations thereof. In some embodiments the composition and/or combination may further comprise polyphenol, an antimicrobial, and/or a vaccine. The pet food of the present invention includes a storage body having a can shape, an inner cap sealing an upper end of the storage body and provided in a disposable use, an outer cap detachably coupled to the storage body to cover the inner cap, and a plurality of feed bodies stored in the storage body, wherein a plurality of powder members are mixed in the storage body and when the storage body is shaken before feeding the feed to a pet, the plurality of powder members is coated on the plurality of feed bodies.

A medicant delivery device for masking taste of a medicant for facilitating oral delivery to an animal includes a shell, which defines an interior space. The shell has a top, which is open for insertion of a medicant therethrough into the interior space. The shell comprises one or more of protein, fat, and vegetable matter, so that the shell is both edible and formable. The shell is at least one of compressible and foldable, proximate to the top, to encase and substantially seal the medicant within the shell. The shell containing the medicant is delivered orally to an animal to medicate the animal.
