CARBURETOR FUEL CONTROL
A carburetor fuel flow control device having an elongate annular body received in a cavity with an inlet in its side-wall communicating with a fuel supply passage and an outlet downstream of the inlet and adjacent to an end of the body, and a needle valve with a metering portion adjacent one end rotatably and slidably received in the body with the metering portion at least partially lapping or blocking the inlet to change the effective flow area of the inlet in response to generally axial movement of the needle valve relative to the inlet.
Six bolt carburetor float bowl housing securement
A carburetor comprising a throttle body having six apertures positioned at a distance not to exceed 72 mm from an adjoining aperture. The float bowl housing has reciprocal threaded receptacles for receipt of a fastening bolt having a washer integrated with a hex head and an anti-vibration locking washer secured in each reciprocal. Wherein the gasket positioned between the throttle body and the float bowl housing is evenly compressed and has a predetermined distance between fasteners. The carburetor design solves a long sought need to assist carburetors in reaching or exceeding the recommended engine TBO by addressing the gasket failure that commonly occurs between the float bowl housing and throttle body assembly.

BOTTOM FEED FUEL BOWL
An apparatus and method are provided for a fuel bowl to supply liquid fuel to a carburetor. The fuel bowl comprises a float chamber and a fuel inlet cavity which receives a fuel delivery insert. The fuel delivery insert receives a fuel inlet valve and comprises passages to direct incoming fuel to a bottom portion of the float chamber. A float comprises an elongate member rotatably hinged within a float cavity of the fuel delivery insert, such that the float rises according to a quantity of fuel within the float chamber. The fuel inlet valve supplies liquid fuel to the float chamber by way of the passages according to the operation of the float within the float chamber. A ventilation chamber allows air and fuel vapors to exit as liquid fuel enters the float chamber while preventing liquid fuel from entering into the carburetor.

Carburetor
A carburetor comprises a rotation-typed control valve which opens or closes a second bleed air passage according to an opening degree of the throttle valve. The control valve includes an upper end portion of a valve stem, and in a projection plane orthogonal to an axis of an aspirating channel, a first bleed air passage is arranged on one side of the valve stem, an upstream-side passage portion starting from the control valve of the second bleed air passage is arranged on an upper side of the aspirating channel, a downstream-side passage portion starting from the control valve of the second bleed air passage is arranged on the one side of the valve stem, and a downstream end of the downstream-side passage portion is connected to a midway portion of the first bleed air passage.

Modified float bowl and drain valve for a carburetor
A carburetor draining system for safe and convenient draining. A vessel posterior end of a vessel is disposed against a carburetor body. A vessel base is disposed against a vessel anterior end. A base aperture is disposed on the vessel base. A stem posterior portion of a drain stem is disposed inside the vessel chamber and a stem anterior portion protrudes from the base aperture. A drain port disposed through the stem posterior portion intersects a drain channel disposed inside the stem anterior portion. A locking mechanism secures the vessel to the carburetor body. A valve body of a valve is removeably disposed inside the drain channel. A first seal on the valve body is pressed against an interior surface of the drain channel. A second seal is disposed on a valve stem. A valve handle moves the valve into a closed position or an open position for draining.
