Suction head for connection to a fuel hose
A suction head for connection to a fuel hose in a fuel tank has a base member made of an injection molding material. The base member has a peripheral wall surface provided with cutouts and also has an end face opening. A cap closes off the end face opening. A connecting socket for the fuel hose is provided on the suction head. A first filter element is received inside the base member. A second filter element covering the cutouts is provided and is made of a filter fabric, wherein the filter fabric is a twill weave fabric or a satin weave fabric. The filter fabric has a mesh size that is greater than 10 m and smaller than 25 m. A power tool with a four-stroke engine is provided with such a suction head in the fuel tank.

CARBURETOR WITH SINGLE DIAPHRAGM FOR SUPPLYING AND METERING FUEL
A carburetor includes a body with an air intake path, a fuel pump and a fuel pressure regulator. The fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator are positioned on the same side of the body. A fuel pump and metering chamber diaphragm is sandwiched between the body of the carburetor and a pump body and cover. The diaphragm separates a pump chamber from a pulse chamber of the fuel pump and separates a fuel chamber from an air chamber in the fuel pressure regulator. Inlet and outlet flapper valves are part of the diaphragm or a separate flapper valve member positioned between the body and the diaphragm.

MAIN FUEL JET AND NOZZLE ASSEMBLY FOR A CARBURETOR
A carburetor includes a body with an air intake path, a fuel pump and a fuel pressure regulator and having a main fuel jet and nozzle assembly with a main fuel jet releasably coupled to the body of the carburetor. Alternatively, a main fuel jet and nozzle assembly includes a nozzle and check valve retainer formed as a single component. In other embodiments, a carburetor is provided having a fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator positioned on the same side of the body. FUEL PUMP UNIT
A fuel pump unit includes a suction filter and a fuel pump. The fuel pump includes: a rotatable shaft placed along a rotational axis; a rotor portion that rotates in response to rotation of the rotatable shaft; a suction hole portion, through which the fuel is suctioned into an inside of a rotor receiving chamber; and an outer peripheral wall that surrounds the suction hole portion. The suction filter includes: a filter element that filters the fuel and conducts the filtered fuel into an inside space; and a columnar hole portion having an inner peripheral wall, while the outer peripheral wall and the inner peripheral wall are fitted with each other, so that the columnar hole portion communicates between the inside space and the suction hole portion. The columnar hole portion is placed such that the rotational axis extends on an inner side of the inner peripheral wall.
