METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING FUEL PRESSURE VALVE OF VEHICLE
A method and system for controlling a fuel pressure valve of a vehicle are disclosed. The disclosed control method includes engine start entrance for controlling a controller to increase an allowable deviation between a current target fuel pressure and an actual fuel pressure when an ignition switch-on signal is received by the controller, fuel pressure determination for controlling the controller to determine whether a deviation value between the target fuel pressure and an actual fuel pressure measured by a sensor is greater than an allowable deviation, and valve control for controlling the controller to determine a duty value for control of opening of the fuel pressure valve, and then controlling the controller to open the fuel pressure valve using the determined duty value, thereby decreasing the actual fuel pressure.

Fuel injection system and controller for fuel injection system
A fuel pump includes a camshaft that rotates in accordance with operation of an engine and a tappet provided in contact the camshaft. An ECU includes an angle determination unit configured to determine whether a rotation angle from a start of rotation of the camshaft when starting the engine is under a predetermined angle required for forming an oil film on a sliding portion of the tappet, and a control unit configured to, when the rotation angle from the start of rotation of the camshaft is determined to be under the predetermined angle, execute a limit process including at least one of limiting a fuel discharge pressure of the fuel pump or limiting a rotation of the camshaft.
Fluid injection assembly
A fuel injector assembly with a fuel injector and a coupling device is disclosed. The coupling device includes a fuel injector cup, a plate element, one or more screws and a wing clip. The plate element includes at least one through-hole for fixedly coupling the fuel injector cup with the plate element by the screw or screws respectively, so that the fuel injector cup, the plate element and the screw(s) are positionally fixed with respect to each other. The wing clip is arranged at least partly around the fuel injector and extends outward in a radial direction such that the screw or screws, respectively, are operable to block a movement of the fuel injector relative to the plate element in a first direction of the central longitudinal axis by mechanical interaction with the wing clip.

Provided are a gear case flange in which a passage hole is provided, a spacer fixed on the gear case flange, a supply pump fixed on the spacer, and a pump gear fixed on the drive shaft of the supply pump, and the pump gear is passed through the passage hole of the gear case flange, whereby the supply pump in a state of being fixed on the spacer can be detached in a state where the pump gear is fixed on the drive shaft.
HIGH-PRESSURE PUMP AND FUEL-SUPPLY SYSTEM USING SAME
A high-pressure pump includes: a low-pressure chamber, into which low-pressure fuel discharged from a low-pressure pump flows; a pressurizing chamber, which pressurizes the low-low-pressure fuel; and a leak chamber, into which leaked fuel from the pressurizing chamber flows. The leaked fuel of the leak chamber is suctioned into and is pressurized in the pressurizing chamber together with the low-pressure fuel of the low-pressure chamber, so that the leaked fuel is discharged to an outside of the high-pressure pump as high-pressure fuel. Furthermore, a suction check valve, which is placed between the low-pressure chamber and the leak chamber, limits backflow of the leaked fuel of the leak chamber to the low-pressure chamber when the high-pressure pump does not supply the high-pressure fuel.

Control device for common rail fuel injection device
A common rail fuel injection device includes first and second flow rate regulating valves for regulating a delivery volume of a pressurized fuel feed pump that feeds pressurized fuel to a common rail, a pressure reducing valve for reducing a common rail pressure, and a control device. The control device for the common rail fuel injection device includes a first drive controlling unit that controls a first electromagnetic driving unit for the second flow rate regulating valve and a second electromagnetic driving unit for the pressure reducing valve, and a second drive controlling unit that controls a third electromagnetic driving unit for the first flow rate regulating valve. The first drive controlling unit prohibits a drive instruction from being sent to the second flow rate regulating valve when the first drive controlling unit sends a drive instruction to the pressure reducing valve.
HIGH PRESSURE PUMP FOR COMPLEX INJECTION ENGINES
A high pressure pump for complex injection engines is provided. A body of the high pressure pump includes a first flow path that transports the low pressure fuel flowing in through the low pressure fuel inlet and a low pressure fuel storage chamber that is disposed in a lower portion of the body to store the low pressure fuel transported from the first flow path. A second flow path transports the low pressure fuel stored in the low pressure fuel storage chamber and a flow control valve is disposed over the low pressure fuel storage chamber to discharge the low pressure fuel, transported through the second flow path, to the pressure unit or the damper disposed in an upper portion of the body based on an opening or closing operation. A low pressure fuel outlet discharges the low pressure fuel, transported through the damper, to a low pressure fuel rail.
DECOUPLING ELEMENT FOR A FUEL-INJECTION DEVICE
A decoupling element for a fuel-injection device has a low-noise and pivotable construction. The fuel-injection device includes at least a fuel injector and a receiving bore in a cylinder head for the fuel injector as well as the decoupling element between a valve housing of the fuel injector and a wall of the receiving bore. The decoupling element is in the form of a ring, in particular a closed ring, which has a lower end face that sits on a shoulder of the receiving bore, and which has an upper end face that rises conically from radially outside toward radially inside and is in intimate contact with a spherically curved shoulder area of the valve housing of the fuel injector. The fuel-injection device is particularly suitable for the direct injection of fuel into a combustion chamber of a mixture-compressing combustion engine having externally supplied ignition.
