ELECTROMAGNETICALLY ACTUATABLE INTAKE VALVE FOR A HIGH-PRESSURE PUMP, AND HIGH-PRESSURE PUMP
The invention relates to an electromagnetically actuatable intake valve for a high-pressure pump of a fuel injection system, in particular a common rail injection system, comprising a magnet coil (1) for acting on an armature (2) which is received and guided such that it can be moved with a reciprocating movement in a central recess (3) of a valve body (4), wherein a pole core (6) which is connected via a sleeve (7) to the valve body (4) lies opposite the armature (2) at a working air gap (5). According to the invention, the valve body (4) has a circumferential cut-out (9) within an inner circumferential surface (8) which delimits the recess (3), which cut-out (9) divides the inner circumferential surface (8) into an upper and a lower guide region (10, 11). The invention also relates to a high-pressure pump for a fuel injection system, in particular a common rail injection system, comprising said type of intake valve.
GASOLINE DIRECT-INJECTION RAIL
To make it possible to prevent damage to a brazed part without increasing the thickness of a rail body even when the rail body and an end cap are fixed to each other by brazing, in view of high-pressure gasoline direct injection systems of the future. A gasoline direct injection rail comprising end caps 2 disposed inside respective ends of a rail body 1, with an outer circumference 3 of each end cap 2 and an inner circumference 4 of the rail body 1 being fixed to each other by brazing, wherein a reinforcing ring 6 having an axial length L of L5 mm is provided on the outer circumference 3 of the rail body 1; a first end 10 on an end cap 2 side of the reinforcing ring 6 is positioned so as not to overlap a brazed part 12 between the rail body 1 and the end cap 2; a distance X from the first end 10 of the reinforcing ring 6 to a distal end 13 of the brazed part 12 is 0 mmX15 mm; and a thickness of the reinforcing ring 6 is 40% or more of a thickness of the rail body 1.
Fluid conveyance system for a fluid
The invention relates to a fluid conveyance system for a fluid, comprising a low-pressure conveyance system having a low-pressure pump (2) and a high-pressure conveyance system having a high-pressure pump (8), which are connected by means of a connecting line, wherein the fluid conveyance system has a pressure damper (19). According to the invention, a fluid conveyance system is provided, by means of which a pulsation of the fluid caused by flow-rate waves or pressure waves in the fluid is damped. This is achieved in that the pressure damper (19) is arranged in the lower-pressure conveyance system and is a hydraulic pressure damper (19). Said hydraulic damper (19) has a piston (21) arranged in a cylinder (20), which piston can be moved against the force of a compression spring (23) and the vapor pressure present in a compression-spring chamber (22) accommodating the compression spring.
Nozzle assembly for a fluid injector and fluid injector
A nozzle assembly for a fluid injector includes a nozzle body with a central axis, the nozzle body having a nozzle body recess, at least one injection opening and an outer wall facing away from the nozzle body recess. The nozzle assembly further includes a nozzle tension nut for coupling the nozzle body to an injector body, the nozzle tension nut having an inner wall facing the outer wall of the nozzle body. The nozzle body and the nozzle tension nut are formed such that, under the effect of an operational pressure exerted in ordinary operation by a metered fluid onto the nozzle body recess, the outer wall of the nozzle body rests, at least in part, against the inner wall of the nozzle tension nut in the radial direction.
Injector clip
An injector clip includes a lower plate formed to support a fuel injection portion of an injector, a base plate is formed to engage with and support a connection portion of the injector and an engagement support portion elastically supports the lower plate and the base plate to return the fuel injection portion to an original position after being displaced. A spring arm is formed by extending from the base plate to support a fuel inlet portion of the injector. Accordingly the load resulting from fuel injection of a fuel injector is attenuated and p a fuel injection device is prevented from rotating.
Electromagnetically actuated valve
An electromagnetically actuated valve comprising a valve piston including a first end and an opposite second end, a valve plate at the first end of the valve piston, a spring plate which is fastened to the second end of the valve piston and which has a first planar contact surface, a valve spring that lies against the spring plate and that moves the valve plate into a closed position, and an electromagnet including a coil, an armature pin which has a second planar contact surface that is parallel relative to and that bears against the first planar contact surface, and an armature arranged on the armature pin, wherein the first planar contact surface and the second planar contact surface each have a diameter that is greater than a greatest diameter of the armature pin and a diameter of the second end of the valve piston.
MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF FUEL RAIL
Disclosed herein is a mounting structure of a fuel rail, including a mounting boss part having a through-hole formed in a longitudinal direction and a first mating surface formed at an outer surface, an injector cup part provided separately from the mounting boss part and having a second mating surface formed at an outer surface and a flow path hole formed at one side of the second mating surface to be connected to the main pipe for transferring fuel to an injector, and a bridge part connecting the mounting boss part and the injector cup part and having a third mating surface. The mounting structure of the fuel rail can effectively distribute stress concentration by increasing contact area with the main pipe, thereby improving fatigue strength.
Direct injection fuel pump
Methods and systems are provided for a direct injection fuel pump. The methods and system control pressure within a compression chamber so as to improve fuel pump lubrication.
High-pressure connection device, high-pressure fuel pump, and method for producing a high-pressure connection device for a high-pressure fuel pump
The invention relates to a high-pressure connection device (50) for a high-pressure fuel pump (10), having the following:an outlet device (18) for discharging fuel (14) from the high-pressure fuel pump (10);a connection device (22) for connecting the outlet device (18) to elements arranged downstream of the outlet device;a welding seam (30) for connecting the outlet device (18) and the connection device (22); anda pretensioning device (52) for exerting a pretension force (F.sub.v) onto the welding seam (30) in the direction of the outlet device (18). The invention further relates to a high-pressure fuel pump (10) which has such a high-pressure connection device (50) and to a method for producing such a high-pressure connection device (50).
High-pressure pump
A high-pressure pump is comprised of a lower housing, an upper housing and a cover, which are formed independently from each other. Thereby, shapes of the above can be simplified. Although the cylinder and the plunger receive a fuel pressure during a pressurization stroke, the upper housing and the cover do not receive fuel pressure directly from a pressurization chamber. Therefore, the upper housing and the cover can be made thin and light as much as possible.
