The injector may include a control piston bore in the injector housing, in which a control piston is arranged, a leakage pin bore between the actuator space and the control piston bore, and a leakage pin coupling the control piston to the actuator, the leakage pin arranged in the leakage pin bore. The control piston may be hydraulically connected to the nozzle needle in order to open or close an outlet opening of the injector housing. The injector may include a high pressure line configured to convey a fuel under pressure to the nozzle needle and a feedline in the injector housing connecting the leakage pin bore to the high pressure line.
Fuel injection valve for combustion engines
A fuel injection valve (10) comprises an intermediate valve with a mushroom-shaped intermediate valve member (78). The shaft (76) of the intermediate valve member (78) is guided with a sliding fit in the guiding passage (74) of an intermediate component (66). An annular space (120) is defined between the shaft (76) and the head (80) of the intermediate valve member (78) and the intermediate component (66), and a high-pressure inlet (86) opens into the annular space, which is formed by an inner annular space (108) and by a split ring space (118). The split ring space (118) is defined between the head (80) and the intermediate component (66), and is also radially outwardly defined by a sealing bead (112). The adhesion force between the intermediate valve member (78) and the intermediate component (66), which acts against the opening motion of the injection valve member (56), is minimized.
DUAL FUEL NOZZLE ARRANGEMENT
A nozzle assembly of a dual fuel injector includes a first fuel conduit and a second fuel conduit. An anti-leakage feature of the nozzle assembly includes a cylindrical tubular sleeve axially extending in an inner space of the nozzle body from an upper end attached to the body to a distant lower end, the outer valve member being axially guided through said sleeve.
Piezo injector
A piezo injector includes an actuator space in which a piezo actuator is arranged, a control piston bore in which a control piston with an end face is arranged, a leakage pin arranged between the piezo actuator and the end face to couple the piezo actuator with the control piston, and a union for fluidic communication with the control piston bore which union has a hydraulic throttle.
Injection nozzle for fuels
The invention relates to an injection nozzle (1) for fuels, comprising a nozzle body (2), in which a pressure chamber (4) that can be filled with fuel under high pressure is formed, in which pressure chamber a piston-shaped nozzle needle (3) is arranged in such a way that the nozzle needle can be moved longitudinally. A sealing surface (6) is formed at one end of the nozzle needle (3) and an end face (9) is formed at the opposite end, wherein the sealing surface (6) interacts with a nozzle seat (5) in order to open and close at least one injection opening (8). A control chamber (10) that can be filled with fuel under changing pressure is bounded by the end face (9) of the nozzle needle (3) such that a force can be applied to the end face (9) in the direction of the nozzle seat (5) by means of the hydraulic pressure. The nozzle needle (3) has an elastic longitudinal segment (25), which has a longitudinal stiffness of less than 40,000 N/mm.
High-Pressure Fuel Pump

The guiding sleeve comprises a harder material than the body.
FUEL INJECTION DEVICE
A fuel injection device is provided with a valve body, a nozzle needle, a movable plate, and a support spring. The valve body has a control chamber therein. The control chamber is defined by a defining wall which has a dividing wall portion. The dividing wall portion divides the control chamber into an accommodation chamber and a backpressure chamber. The accommodation chamber accommodates a movable plate and a support spring. A fuel pressure in the backpressure chamber is applied to the nozzle needle. The dividing wall portion has a restriction hole fluidly connecting the accommodation chamber and the backpressure chamber with each other, and a support surface supporting the support spring.
