The injectable filler is configured for bulk fill. The collection chamber includes a loading port, and a cannular syringe is configured to mate with the loading port to receive the injectable filler, and to deliver the injectable filler for the bulk fill.

Patient support with universal energy supply system

A patient support includes a patient support surface, a DVT pump mounted in the patient support, and a port mounted at the patient support in selective fluid communication with the DVT pump. Optionally, the patient support further includes a control system to detect when a DVT device is coupled or in close proximity to the port and/or the type of DVT device. Further, the control system may be configured to control the pump based on the type of DVT device coupled to the port.

Device for targeted dispensing of nourishing microcapsules to skin during sleep

The dispensing device allows for application of nourishing compounds, such as microcapsules, during rest. The elements of the dispensing device that contain the nourishing compounds are separable from the body of the device. Thus, the body of the device is washable without risk of washing away the desirable compounds. The device can take one of multiple embodiments. In the first embodiment, a lower layer forms the body of the device. The body is preferably formed from a compressible material, such as memory foam or other types of polyurethane foam. The upper layer includes a multiplicity of internal reservoirs that contain the nourishing compounds and/or microcapsules. When a user places her head on the device, the downward force created against the relevant storage body pushes the compounds/microcapsules out of the internal reservoir, exiting through the orifices and into the user's skin.

PLENUM CHAMBER INSERT FOR PATIENT INTERFACE

A patient interface includes: a plenum chamber; a seal-forming structure; a positioning and stabilising structure; a plenum chamber insert configured to be positioned and retained within the plenum chamber; and a vent structure; wherein the plenum chamber insert has a plenum chamber insert port; wherein the plenum chamber insert has an exterior surface configured to be positioned adjacent to an interior surface of the plenum chamber; wherein when the plenum chamber insert is positioned and retained within the plenum chamber, a radial channel is formed by the interior surface of the plenum chamber and the exterior surface of the plenum chamber insert such that gas is able to pass between a patient-proximal side of the plenum chamber insert and a patient-distal side of the plenum chamber insert via the radial channel during use.

A method for treating a person suffering from a negative psychologic reaction when a past traumatic event is recalled, the method comprising: (a) accessing clinical data of a person's mental state relating to the event causing the negative psychologic reaction; (b) creating a mixed reality (XR) environment for the person, the XR environment comprising at least a display; and

(c) presenting sequential content on the display over a period of time, wherein the sequential content comprises multiple depictions of the event at increasing levels of immersion, including an initial depiction of the event at an initial immersion level, and a final depiction of the event at a final immersion level, wherein the final immersion level is the highest immersion level in the XR environment.

Personal care vaporizer device for the eye area of the face
10376659 · 2019-08-13 ·

A Personal Care Vaporizer Device for the Eye Area of the Face. A treatment chamber formed within the device will encircle the user's eyes and surrounding facial area when the device is positioned over the eye area of the face. A soft gel eyemask element provides maximum comfort for the wearer during treatment. The device introduces therapeutic mist or vapor into the treatment chamber. The mist/vapor is generated from an internal reservoir containing plain water or water mixed with other therapeutic additives. An onboard blower can control the flow rate of the mist/vapor into the treatment chamber. One or more onboard heating elements within the device provide direct heat to the treatment chamber wall(s), and/or to heat the mist/vapor prior to its being introduced into the treatment chamber. Onboard vibration generators apply soothing massaging motion to the user's face when activated.
