PUMP CARTRIDGE AND CONSOLE
A pump cartridge comprises a retention structure to retain a piston for shipping and storage, in which the piston can be decoupled from the retention structure to pump fluid. In the shipping and storage configuration, the piston can be positioned with the retention structure to allow sterilization gas to travel within a housing and into a cylinder distal to the piston. When placed in the console for use in a pumping configuration, the piston can be decoupled from the retention structure to form a seal within the housing. When the procedure has been completed, the pump cartridge can be decoupled from the console in a manner that disables the cartridge for subsequent use to prevent a non-sterile cartridge from being reused.
MICRO PISTON PUMP
A low-force, non-displacement, micro/miniature valve and/or pump assembly is provided. A tube component having a first side port coupled to an inlet portion and a second side port coupled to an outlet portion can be selectively moved to alternatively couple the side ports to a first or second piston pump chamber. First and second pistons can be actuated after positioning the tube component to either draw in fluid or push out fluid from either the first or second piston pump chambers during each actuation of the pistons. The fluid can be drawn in from a reservoir and can be expelled to a patient for providing a dose of the fluid to the patient.

Portable device for injecting concrete repair material
The present invention provides a portable device for injecting repair material, the portable device comprising: a chassis frame; tanks storing source materials; pumping means pumping the source materials; an injection nozzle mixing the source materials and injecting repair material into cracks; source material supplying means including: operating blocks connected to the pumping means; supplying pipes connected to the operating blocks and supplied with the source materials; transferring pipes connected to the operating blocks and transferring the source materials into the injection nozzle, and a pressure controller connected to the transferring pipe and controlling the source materials, wherein check valves for preventing backflow are installed inside the transferring pipes, wherein by adjusting another check valve connected to the pressure controller, an amount of the repair material for injection is controlled.
ELECTRICALLY OPERATED DISPLACEMENT PUMP CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHOD
An electrically operated displacement pump includes an electric motor having a stator and a rotor. The rotor is connected to the fluid displacement member to drive axial reciprocation of the fluid displacement member. A drive mechanism is disposed between and connected to each of the rotor and the fluid displacement member. The drive mechanism receives a rotational output from the rotor and provides a linear input to the fluid displacement member. A controller controls operation of the motor based on an operating state of the motor to control pumping by the displacement pump.
Concrete Pump Water Box Level Sensor
An apparatus and method for preventing undue wear on a concrete pump relies upon monitoring a volume of water in a water box for cooling and lubricating pumping seals on a material pumping piston within a material pumping cylinder. The apparatus includes a water level sensor to generate signals corresponding to a water level in the water box. The signals are received at a computing device including a central processing unit (CPU) to apply an algorithm drawn from the memory to determine whether the water level in the water box is sufficient for operation of the concrete pump and if not sufficient, to generate a water level alert. The CPU sends a water-level alert and in response to the alert, to execute a pump-preserving action. Such a pump-preserving action may include sounding a klaxon alarm; displaying an alert; playing a recorded warning; and shutting down operation of the concrete pump.
