A pump capable of dispensing both a large volume and a small volume of colorant comprises a large reciprocating positive displacement pump having a large reciprocating part, a large pump body and a large pump inlet-outlet opening, characterized in that: a small reciprocating part fixed to the large reciprocating part is disposed in the large pump body; a small pump body is disposed on a base of the large pump body, and provided with a small pump inlet-outlet opening; and the small reciprocating part, the small pump body and the small pump inlet-outlet opening constitute a small reciprocating positive displacement pump. The reciprocating positive displacement pump provided in the present invention may achieve dispensing of both a large volume and a small volume of colorant by means of a large-section pump, and thus guarantees the accuracy of the dispensed volume of colorant, and in particular, the accuracy of dispensing of a small volume of colorant; and the reciprocating positive displacement pump, when compared with the prior art, has the advantages of high accuracy and simple structure, and when compared with the structure in patent No. US2009236367A1, has the advantages of good leakproofness, high utilization of a reciprocating pump cylinder body in the length direction, and improved stroke accuracy of the reciprocating pump due to less elastic deformation of a pump support.

Fluid End

Each connect plate is attached to a power source using a plurality of stay rods. Each fluid end section comprises a housing in fluid communication with a pair of intake manifolds and a discharge conduit. A fluid routing plug is installed within each housing and is configured to route fluid throughout the housing. A plunger is installed within stuffing box attached to each housing. A number of features, including the location of seals within bore walls and carbide inserts within valve guides, aid in reducing or transferring wear.

A positive-displacement pump for fluid products, in particular paints, colorants and the like, includes a pump body in which there is formed a pumping chamber, in which a piston is mounted for sliding and is controlled so as to advance and withdraw in order to vary the useful volume of the pumping chamber. The pumping chamber extends in accordance with a longitudinal axis which is inclined, in a non-vertical manner, with respect to a horizontal plane and having an upper region which is positioned at a greater height with respect to a horizontal plane and in the region of which the pumping chamber is placed in communication with at least one intake pipe of a fluid product.

A valve unit for regulating the flow of working fluid between a working chamber of a fluid working machine and both a first working fluid line and second working fluid line, the valve unit comprising: a first valve comprising a first valve member and one or more cooperating first valve seats, a second valve comprising a second valve member and one or more cooperating second valve seats, an actuator coupled to both the first and second valve members through which a force may be applied to urge the first valve member open or closed and to urge the second valve member open or closed, a coupling between the actuator and the first valve member, wherein the coupling between the actuator and the first valve member comprises a connector which extends at least partially through the second valve member.

Modular power end

A power end assembly includes a crankshaft section, a crosshead section, and a connector section coupled together by one, two, or more sets of stay rods. The power end may include one or more support plates that are coupled to the crankshaft section and/or crosshead section. The crosshead section includes a plurality of individual crosshead frames. The connector section may include a plurality of individual connector plates or may be a unitary connector plate. The power end is configured to be coupled to a fluid end assembly by coupling the fluid end assembly to the connector plates.

The fluid routing plug is installed within a horizontal bore formed in a fluid end section and is configured to route fluid throughout the fluid end section.

Fluid end assembly

A fluid end assembly comprising a plurality of fluid end sections positioned in a side-by-side relationship. Each fluid end section comprises a housing made of multiple-piece construction. One or more pieces of the housing are configured to have a plurality of stay rods attached thereto. The stay rods interconnect the fluid end assembly and a power end assembly.
