A positive-displacement pump for fluid products, in particular paints, colorants and the like, includes a pump body in which there is formed a pumping chamber, in which a piston is mounted for sliding and is controlled so as to advance and withdraw in order to vary the useful volume of the pumping chamber. The pumping chamber extends in accordance with a longitudinal axis which is inclined, in a non-vertical manner, with respect to a horizontal plane and having an upper region which is positioned at a greater height with respect to a horizontal plane and in the region of which the pumping chamber is placed in communication with at least one intake pipe of a fluid product.

A suction valve of a high-pressure fuel pump for a vehicle includes a housing having an inlet through which a fuel is introduced and a pump chamber configured to press the fuel, a valve installation space arranged between the inlet and the pump chamber, and a solenoid part provided with a rod for performing a linear reciprocal motion, and further includes a valve sleeve inserted into the valve installation space and formed with a flow hole, a valve spring seated on the valve sleeve, a valve plate elastically supported by the valve spring, and moving in conjunction with the rod, and a valve sheet formed with an introduction hole opened and closed by the valve plate, in which the valve sleeve is slid and inserted into the valve installation space, and the valve sheet is fitted into and fastened to the valve installation space to support the valve sleeve.

Fluid End

A fluid end comprising a plurality of fluid end sections positioned in a side-by-side relationship. Each fluid end section is releasably attached to a connect plate. Each connect plate is attached to a power source using a plurality of stay rods. Each fluid end section comprises a housing in fluid communication with a pair of intake manifolds and a discharge conduit. A fluid routing plug is installed within each housing and is configured to route fluid throughout the housing. A plunger is installed within stuffing box attached to each housing. A number of features, including the location of seals within bore walls and carbide inserts within valve guides, aid in reducing or transferring wear.

Fluid Routing Plug

A fluid routing plug for use with a fluid end section. The fluid end section being one of a plurality of fluid end sections making up a fluid end side of a high pressure pump. The fluid routing plug is installed within a horizontal bore formed in a fluid end section and is configured to route fluid between an intake and discharge bore. The fluid routing plug comprises a plurality of first and second fluid passages. The first and second passages do not intersect and are offset from one another. The first fluid passages are configured to direct fluid delivered to the horizontal bore from intake bores towards a reciprocating plunger. The second fluid passages are configured to direct fluid pressurized by the plunger towards a discharge bore.

Modular Power End

A power end assembly includes a crankshaft section, a crosshead section, and a connector section coupled together by one, two, or more sets of stay rods. The power end may include one or more support plates that are coupled to the crankshaft section and/or crosshead section. The crosshead section includes a plurality of individual crosshead frames, The connector section may include a plurality of individual connector plates or may be a unitary connector plate. The power end is configured to be coupled to a fluid end assembly by coupling the fluid end assembly to the connector plates.

High Pressure Pump

A high pressure pump comprising a fluid end mechanically coupled to a power end. The power end is modular and comprises a crankshaft section, a crosshead section, and a connector section coupled together by a first set of stay rods. The fluid end comprises a plurality of fluid end sections positioned in a side-by-side relationship. Each of the plurality of fluid end sections are attached to the power end using a plurality of second set of stay rods.

Ground striper pump piston having dual checks

A pump for a striping machine includes dual check valves within its piston. At least one of the dual check valves is closed during an upstroke of the piston, thereby ensuring that the pump drives fluid during both its upstroke and its downstroke to maintain a desired ratio between a fluid output by the pump and a material solution output by another pump of the striping machine.
