EGG FOOD PRODUCT AND METHOD OF MAKING AN EGG FOOD PRODUCT
An egg food product and a method for making the same. In one embodiment the method of making a food product comprises feeding a liquid composition into a cavity, the liquid composition comprising at least 80% liquid egg comprising albumen and yolk; mixing the liquid composition in the cavity; raising the temperature of the mixed liquid composition to above 175 F.; and after raising the temperature, extruding the mixed liquid composition through a die cavity having a temperature greater than 175 F. to solidify and shape the mixed liquid composition into a solid composition; and cutting the solid composition to a desired length.
VALVE FOR THICK MATTER AND METHOD FOR ACTUATING A VALVE FOR THICK MATTER
A valve for thick matter and method for actuating a valve for thick matter, wherein, in a first switching operation, a valve element is switched between a first switching state (A) and a second switching state (B) by a first volume of hydraulic fluid being supplied to a control cylinder, and, in a second switching operation, the valve element is switched between the second switching state (B) and a third switching state (C) by a second volume of hydraulic fluid being supplied to a control cylinder. The first and second volumes of hydraulic fluid are supplied to the control cylinder by displacement of a metering piston of a metering cylinder from a first end position to a second end position.
ADAPTIVE CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR WELL SERVICE PUMP SYSTEMS
A well service pump system supplies high pressure working fluid to a well. The pump system includes a closed-loop hydraulic circuit for actuating a plurality of working pump assemblies. The pump system is powered by a motor, which transfers mechanical energy to a plurality of pumps, which, in turn, provide hydraulic fluid to operate hydraulic ram cylinders, and thereby operate the working pump assemblies. Each of the polished rods of the hydraulic ram cylinders is connected axially to a plunger rod end of the working fluid end cylinder to operate the working pump assembly.
Ultra high pressure pump with an alternating rotation to linear displacement drive mechanism
A high pressure pump including a linear actuator having a servo motor to axially rotate a hollow rotor shaft in alternating directions, the servo motor having a stator positioned co-axially around the hollow rotor shaft with an interior of the rotor shaft being co-axially coupled to a drive member to convert axial rotation into reciprocal displacement, the drive member being constrained against linear movement and supporting a shaft. At least one piston is coupled to the shaft and the piston is arranged within a cylinder to define a pumping chamber, whereby alternating rotation of the rotor shaft causes reciprocal linear displacement of the piston to pressurize fluid in the pumping chamber. A drive mechanism includes a controller coupled to a servomotor and an encoder to measure movement of the hollow rotor or output shaft and send a feedback signal proportional to the movement to the controller.
Pumping system for chromatography applications
A pumping system for compressible fluids comprises a first pump having a first pump outlet and a second pump having a second pump outlet. The first pump outlet and the second pump outlet merge in a junction which is in fluid communication with a main outlet. The pumping system further comprises a control to regulate the output pressure of the second pump on the basis of a measurement of the output pressure of the first pump. The corresponding method of operating a pumping system is also disclosed.
NON-PULSATION PUMP
A non-pulsation pump is provided with: a cam mechanism that converts the rotational motion of a shared motor into reciprocal motion having a prescribed phase difference; a plurality of cross heads that make reciprocal motion with a prescribed phase difference through the cam mechanism; and a plurality of reciprocating pumps that are driven with a prescribed phase difference and that include plungers connected to the cross heads, wherein the total discharge flowrate toward a shared discharge pipe is kept constant. This non-pulsation pump includes a preliminary compression step for moving the plungers of the reciprocating pumps to a discharge side by very small amounts before a discharging step but after a suction step, and has a stroke adjustment mechanism for adjusting the effective stroke length of the plunger in the preliminary compression step. Thus, generation of pulsation can be suppressed even when the set pressure changes.
High pressure fuel gas pump
There is disclosed a modular, linearly actuated high-pressure pump for use in various applications with high-pressure fuel systems, in particular liquid cryogenic fuels such as Natural Gas, Hydrogen, Nitrogen and Argon (LNG/LH2/LN2/LAR). The pump utilizes linear actuation which smooths out the power profile. There are no dynamic seals which prevents failure from leakage. The primary benefit of a smooth, no pulse output and lack of dynamic seals is a longer life of the pump. Marine fuel systems that utilize cryogenic LNG are a primary application.
HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT ARRANGEMENT AND CONTROL SYSTEM FOR GANGED ELECTRONICALLY-COMMUTATED PUMPS
A hydraulic circuit arrangement includes a plurality of electronically-commutated pumps providing flow to a common hydraulic line, the plurality of electronically-commutated pumps including one or more quantized electronically-commutated pumps and one or more unquantized electronically-commutated pumps. A controller includes a pressure controller and a flow divider. The pressure controller is configured to receive a pressure signal corresponding to the pressure within the common hydraulic line, to compare the pressure signal to a demanded pressure, and to determine a target flow value required to produce the demanded pressure. The flow divider is configured to receive the target flow value and allocate the target flow value into a quantized target flow value for allocation among the one or more quantized electronically-commutated pumps and an unquantized target flow value for allocation among the one or more unquantized electronically-commutated pumps.
Conveying Device
Disclosed is a conveying device for fluids with an inlet and an outlet and a conveying part which is connected therebetween and can be actuated by a drive part, wherein the conveying part has a fluid-tight media-separating device with a variable chamber volume, which becomes connected in a fluid-conducting manner via its receiving chamber to the inlet or the outlet, and which, by means of the drive part, receives fluid via the inlet as part of an intake stroke, increasing the chamber volume, and discharges the received fluid via the outlet as part of a discharge stroke, reducing the size of said chamber volume.
