Closing unit system for a blowout preventer

A closing unit system for a blowout preventer (BOP) stack includes a first fluid reservoir, a first power source, a first pump system fluidly coupled to the first fluid reservoir and electrically coupled to the first power source, and a valve manifold fluidly coupled to the first pump system via a closing unit hose assembly and configured to couple to the BOP stack. The closing unit system also includes one or more processors that are configured to receive an input indicative of an instruction to adjust an actuator associated with the BOP stack, and instruct the first power source to provide power to the first pump system to cause the first pump system to pump a fluid from the first fluid reservoir to the valve manifold in response to the input.

Multiple generator mobile electric powered fracturing system

The present invention provides a method and system for providing on-site electrical power to a fracturing operation, and an electrically powered fracturing system. Natural gas can be used to drive a turbine generator in the production of electrical power. A scalable, electrically powered fracturing fleet is provided to pump fluids for the fracturing operation, obviating the need for a constant supply of diesel fuel to the site and reducing the site footprint and infrastructure required for the fracturing operation, when compared with conventional systems.

LUBRICATING OIL SUPPLY DEVICE AND LUBRICATING OIL SUPPLY CONTROL METHOD FOR VEHICLE

A lubricating oil supply device for a vehicle includes an electric oil pump and an electronic control unit. The electronic control unit is configured to control the electric oil pump, determine whether or not lubricating oil needs to be supplied by the electric oil pump, control a drive duty of the electric oil pump to a first value when the ECU determines that lubricating oil needs to be supplied, and control the drive duty to a second value that is smaller than the first value when the ECU determines that lubricating oil does not need to be supplied. The electronic control unit is configured to perform duty variable control for controlling the drive duty to a third value, which is between the first value and the second value, during a predetermined changeover transition period, in changing over the drive duty from the first value to the second value.

AIR COMPRESSOR PUMP WITH CONDENSING CHAMBER

An air compressor pump is provided, including a crankcase with an opening and a crankshaft extending out of the opening; a cover disposed over the opening in the crankcase; and a condensing chamber formed between the crankcase and the cover.

DOUBLE-FLOW PUMP UNIT, AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING SAME

A pump unit includes an electric motor and a pump with a duct. The pump is rotationally driven by the electric motor to provide a setpoint volumetric flow to the duct. A rotational speed controller is configured to, during operation of the pump, determine a setpoint rotational speed based on a fixed-point iteration of an initial rotational speed. The setpoint rotational speed is associated with a setpoint volumetric flow. The rotational speed controller is further configured to operate the pump at the setpoint rotational speed.
