TRANSMISSION FOR PUMP SUCH AS HYDRAULIC FRACTURING PUMP
An apparatus and method according to which a fluid, such as a fracturing fluid, is pressurized. The apparatus includes a motor that produces a first rotational output including a first angular velocity, a pump operably coupled to the motor, the pump comprising a fluid end and a power end operably coupled to the fluid end, and a transmission operably coupled between the motor and the pump. The transmission receives the first rotational output as a first rotational input, the first rotational input including the first angular velocity, and converts the first rotational input into a second rotational output, the second rotational output including a second angular velocity. The power end receives the second rotational output as a second rotational input, the second rotational input including the second angular velocity. In some embodiments, the transmission is directly connected to, or part of, the pump and the motor.

Pipe pump system
Disclosed is an embodiment that introduces a novel system to pump fluids, or, gases or, semi-solids, or, solids, from one place to another. Conventionally, a motorized pump systems are used to pump any given fluid from one position to another, nonetheless, in this invention not only a new system of pumping fluids is so introduced, but, existing functions of a conventional motorized pumping systems are saliently augmented by the pipe pump system. The pipe pump functions basically, by a series of electromagnets, that are placed around a flexible and resilient tube, (a rubber tube, for instance), and when these said electromagnet arrangements are actuated, then, that causes the pipe pump to pump out fluids, by squeezing on the fluids, or gases, contained within.

Solid particulate pump
A pump for transporting particulate material that includes a first conveyor and a second conveyor together defining a passage, wherein a working surface of each of the conveyors are canted with respect to each other. The pump includes an inlet for introducing the particulate material into the passage and an outlet for expelling the particulate material from the passage, wherein the outlet is positioned out of line with the inlet.

Valve having a first and second obstruction confining the valve from leaving a confining region
Disclosed are techniques such as roll to roll processing to produce inlet valves for controlling entry of fluid into a compartment of a device. The valve includes a body having a compartment and an inlet into the compartment, with the inlet being bifurcated by a pair of spaced wall portions of the body that form a confining region and which pair of spaced wall portions together with wall portions of the body provide a pair of spaced inlet portions into the compartment and a valve member having a first portion that is position-able within a portion of the compartment, an intermediate portion, and a second portion coupled to the first portion by the intermediate portion, with the second portion position-able within the confining region and with the second portion having an obstruction portion.
Plunger tool for reciprocation pump
A plunger tool and method relating thereto is designed to remove and insert plungers of a reciprocating pump such as during maintenance and other disassembly operations. The tool has a guide which receives and supports the plunger after removal from, and before reinsertion into, the pump. The tool also has a rack and pinion actuator for moving the plunger.
