Packaging machine with a fluid pump assembly
The invention is directed to a packaging machine with a fluid pump assembly of the radial cylinder type, the assembly comprising a plurality of at least three pumps. Each pump has a piston guided in a cylinder, as well as a high pressure port and a low pressure port. A manifold is provided connecting the high pressure ports of a first group of first stage pumps so that the pumps of this first group are operatively connected in parallel, while at least one second stage pump is operatively connected to the first group of pumps in series. The invention is further directed to a method for generating a vacuum in a packaging machine with a fluid pump assembly.
DISCHARGE VALVE AND COMPRESSOR HAVING THE SAME
Disclosed herein are a discharge valve and a compressor having the same. The discharge valve includes a valve casing having a hook formed around the upper portion thereof such that the hook is seated on a discharge port of a cylinder block, a first opening formed at the center of the upper portion for introduction of a compressed fluid, and a second opening formed around the lower portion thereof for discharge of the compressed fluid, a core body disposed within the valve casing, an elastic body disposed to touch one side of the core body, and a support block mounted to the lower end of the valve casing to support the elastic body. According to the disclosure, the separation of the discharge valve can be prevented due to back pressure between a discharge pipe and the inside of the compressor by pressing the discharge valve against a discharge gasket.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for reducing suction pulsation and a swash plate type compressor comprising same. The apparatus for reducing suction pulsation, which is installed in a swash plate type compressor and can reduce suction pulsation of a refrigerant, comprises: a case formed in a hollow container shape and having a suction port with an open upper side in the height direction and discharge openings formed by opened areas in the side wall thereof; a core portion formed inside the case, between the suction port and the discharge openings so as to be movable in the height direction; a lever having a vertical portion extending upwardly, along the side wall of the case, from one end of a horizontal portion disposed in the vicinity of the bottom wall of the case and coupled to the case such that the portion where the horizontal portion and the vertical portion meet is rotatable about a horizontal axis; and an elastic means interposed between the core portion and the horizontal portion of the lever.
