Gas compressor

In order to reduce operation in a rotation-prohibited frequency range and to prevent resonance in a gas compressor wherein inverter control is performed, this gas compressor has: a compressor main body that compresses a gas; a motor that rotationally drives the compressor main body; an inverter that changes the rotational speed of the motor; a check valve arranged downstream from the compressor main body; a pressure detection means that detects load-side pressure downstream from the check valve; and a control device that, in accordance with the pressure detected by the pressure detection means, controls the frequency output by the inverter. The control device performs a control whereby compressed gas having a prescribed pressure is generated/maintained by increasing/decreasing the frequency, and when the frequency that generates the compressed gas having the prescribed pressure includes a specific frequency, the inverter's output frequency is increased or decreased when the pressure detected by the pressure detection means reaches a pressure corresponding to a frequency that has a more constant pressure width than the prescribed pressure and does not include the specific frequency.

Compressor

A swash plate compressor has bosses on the inner faces of the bridges of its pistons that contact the outer face of the swash plate only between the edges to eliminate wear at the edges and to thereby increase the life of the compressor.

Wobble plate compressor and oxygen concentrator using the same

An oxygen concentrator includes a wobble plate compressor having one or more double-headed pistons and cylinders. A wobble plate of the compressor does not spin as an axle rotates, but orbitally tilts relative to the axle, thereby causing the double-headed pistons to move within the respective cylinders.

Air pump

An air pump includes a mouthpiece, an adjustment mechanism, and an air cylinder mechanism that includes a small-diameter cylinder permitted to move relative to the adjustment mechanism. When the small-diameter cylinder is moved away from the adjustment mechanism, air from external environment is sucked into a first space of the air cylinder mechanism. The adjustment mechanism is operable to switch between a singular pumping state, where air in the first space is released to the external environment when the small-diameter cylinder is moved toward the adjustment mechanism, and a dual pumping state, where the air in the first space is injected into the mouthpiece when the small-diameter cylinder is moved toward the adjustment mechanism.

VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT SWASH PLATE TYPE COMPRESSOR

A variable displacement swash plate type compressor which smoothly supplies oil contained in a refrigerant inside a crank-case to a drive shaft seal region of a front housing, and thus the frictional heat temperature between the drive shaft and a sealing member can be reduced, leakage of refrigerant and pressure is prevented, and durability can be improved.

Compressor

A compressor that includes a casing, a compression mechanism provided inside the casing to compress a refrigerant, a rotary shaft transmitting a rotational force to the compression mechanism from a drive source provided outside the casing, a clutch connecting the drive source and the rotary shaft by a magnetic force generated when electric power is applied to the clutch and disconnecting the drive source and the rotary shaft by losing the magnetic force when the electric power applied thereto is cut off, and a rotation measurement means for receiving the magnetic force from the clutch to measure a change in magnetic flux according to the rotation of the rotary shaft and measure a rotational speed of the rotary shaft. Thus, it is possible to measure the rotational speed of the rotary shaft without including a permanent magnet.
