The scope of the invention encompasses novel, multifunctional tools for maintaining the neovagina. The tools comprise novel dilator shapes that conform the anatomical pathway of the neovagina. The tools may further include a douching function for the effective and thorough washing of the neovagina, which is not achieved with standard douching devices. The tools may also comprise a measurement function for medical evaluation of the neovagina and to aid in proper dilation. Also presented herein are novel devices for delivery of agents to the natal vagina, including insemination devices.

A drug delivery device with removable pods is described and related pods methods and systems. The drug delivery device comprises a plurality of receptacles, each receptacle configured to accept a corresponding drug pod, wherein each receptacle comprises: a recess configured to accept a protrusion in the corresponding drug pod, or a protrusion configured to insert in a recess in the corresponding drug pod. The corresponding drug pod comprises a shell, made of an impermeable polymer, having a first base comprising an opening configured to allow delivery of a drug, a second base, a lateral surface, a protrusion attached to, and extending away from, the lateral surface, or a recess in the lateral surface.

A vaginal dilator is provided having a handle which is removably engageable with a base of any one of a plurality of dilators using complimentary connectors connecting the base of each dilator to the handle. Thereby allowing for adjusting the size of the device. A flexible skeletal body may be included within a cavity of the dilator.

A vaginal insertion portion is disclosed, the vaginal insertion portion including a base portion, a proximal holding portion located on a proximal side of the base portion, and a suction portion located on distal side of the proximal holding portion.

The device for powdering a solid unit dosage form of medication and administering the powder form includes an applicator, a powdering tool and, in certain embodiments, a cap. The device is used to create a powder form from a solid unit dosage form, and then administer the powder form to a body cavity of a patient. The cap is provided with an integrated powdering tool, allowing an open end of an applicator barrel to be releasably covered thereby. Manipulation of the powdering tool creates the powder form through abrasion of a solid unit dosage form of the medication received within the barrel. The cap and powdering tool may then be removed, leaving the powder form of the solid unit dosage form to be administered to the body cavity, such as a patient's vagina or rectum.

A system comprising a handpiece and drive system configured to removably couple to a proximal end of a housing. A scalpet assembly is configured to removeably couple to the housing, and includes a scalpet array comprising at least one scalpet configured for rotation. The scalpet array is configured to harvest dermal plugs via fractional resection. A collection chamber is configured to collect the dermal plugs, and to house formation of an injectable filler by mincing the dermal plugs, and mixing the dermal plugs with a carrier. The injectable filler is configured for bulk fill. The collection chamber includes a loading port, and a cannular syringe is configured to mate with the loading port to receive the injectable filler, and to deliver the injectable filler for the bulk fill.

Vaginal dilator assemblies, devices and kits. Assemblies can include a base, and an adapter. The base can have an inner portion and the adapter can have an outer portion that is complimentary to the inner portion of the base such that the adapter is non-rotatably fitted into the base. Vaginal dilator devices can include a base defining a recess aligned with the longitudinal axis of the base. The recess can have a plurality of step tapered sections. Vaginal dilator kits are also provided that include a plurality of vaginal dilators having different diameters. Each of the plurality of vaginal dilators is configured to be axially aligned and securely fitted into one of the step tapered sections of the recess of the base.
