A portable functional vaginal cleansing apparatus comprises: a doughnut-shaped main body; a semicylinder water tank with a water level indicator (100) on the outside and a coupling protrusion inside; a handle part (380) with a coupling groove mounted at the coupling protrusion; a pumping unit (210) with a motor and a pump; and a control unit (290) with a rotator which is formed to rotate within a predetermined range, a insertion protrusion connected to a hose, an insertion unit with a nozzle part, an on and off switch, a water level controller, and an operation lamp.
VAGINAL DILATOR ASSEMBLIES
Vaginal dilator assemblies, devices and kits. Assemblies can include a base, and an adapter. The base can have an inner portion and the adapter can have an outer portion that is complimentary to the inner portion of the base such that the adapter is non-rotatably fitted into the base. Vaginal dilator devices can include a base defining a recess aligned with the longitudinal axis of the base. The recess can have a plurality of step tapered sections. Vaginal dilator kits are also provided that include a plurality of vaginal dilators having different diameters. Each of the plurality of vaginal dilators is configured to be axially aligned and securely fitted into one of the step tapered sections of the recess of the base.
DEVICES AND METHODS FOR DELIVERING A SUBSTANCE TO A BODY CAVITY
Methods and devices are provided for delivering one or more substances within at least one body cavity. Such devices include at least one nosepiece having at least one capsule including a volume V.sub.sub of the substances; at least one base in communication with the nosepiece, the base having at least one chamber configured to confine pressurized fluid at volume V.sub.PF and pressure P.sub.PF, and at least one hollow puncturing member having at least one sharp end and a second end in fluid communication with the base. The first and second ends are fluidly interconnected by at least one hollow tube. A fluid inlet port of the capsule is configured in terms of size and shape to interface in a sealable manner with at least one end of the at least one puncturing member.
Multiple reservoir drug delivery device and methods
Devices and methods are provided for drug delivery. The device may include a housing configured for intraluminal deployment into a human or animal subject and first and second reservoirs within the housing, each reservoir having an actuation end, an opposed release end, and a plug moveable from the actuation end toward the release end. First and second drug formulations may be contained in the first and second reservoirs, respectively. The device may also include one or more actuation systems configured to drive the first and second plugs so as to drive the first and second drug formulations from the first and second reservoirs. The housing may include a porous membrane sidewall in fluid communication with the release ends of the first and second reservoirs, the porous membrane sidewall being configured to distribute the first and second drug formulations driven from the first and second reservoirs.
Apparatus for vaginal penetration of animals comprising a viewing system, in particular for locating the cervix of the uterus
The invention relates to an appliance for vaginal penetration, comprising a grip (2), said appliance being designed to receive a working tool, especially an insemination gun (4) that passes through the grip, characterised in that it comprises a guiding tube (8) extending the grip (2) in order to form a compact assembly, said guiding tube being designed so as to receive the front tip of the working tool (12) therein and receiving a video viewing means such as an endoscopy-type tube (14) comprising a lighting element on the front end thereof, the appliance for vaginal penetration comprising an electronic cell receiving the video images, provided with means for transmitting images to a remote screen.
BLADDER TREATMENT METHODS AND DEVICES
Devices and methods that provide minimally-invasive approaches to performing treatments on soft tissue, such as that found in the bladder using various natural access paths such as transvaginal and transurethral. Treatments include the application of energy to nerves found in, under and around the trigone region of the bladder.
Method and device for delivery of a solution into a body orifice
A diffusing applicator is provided and generally includes a head unit, and extension shaft, and a dispensing device. The head unit includes a fluid receiving space and a plurality of dispensing passageways in communication the fluid receiving space. The extension shaft is securely connected to head unit. The dispensing device holds a fluid and is connected to the extension shaft. The dispensing device is in communication with the plurality of dispensing passageways.
KIT FOR CREATING DISPOSABLE DILATORS AND METHOD FOR THE USE THEREOF
A kit for creating disposable dilators and a method for dilating using the kit are disclosed. The kit may include a plurality of disposable members fillable with an object and one or more components configured for facilitating shaping the plurality of disposable members into use configurations. Each of the plurality of disposable members may be configured to be shaped into one or more predetermined use configurations.
DEVICES AND SYSTEMS FOR INTRALUMINAL LOCAL DRUG DELIVERY
Devices, systems for localized delivery of a chemotherapy, hormonal therapy or targeted drug/biologic therapy to a target tissue area of an internal body organ of a patient. A catheter 10 forms a sealed treatment chamber in a natural lumen extending through the target tissue area. Air is purged from the chamber, which is then filled with a liquid drug solution for an adequate treatment session time, solution volume and drug concentration to saturate the target tissue area, thereby providing the treatment. The liquid drug solution may be circulated or recirculated through the chamber or maintained stationary therewithin. The drug may saturate the target tissue area and pass therethrough into the lymphatic system or interstitial space, which may serve as a reservoir of the drug for continued therapeutic treatment after withdrawal of the catheter. The chamber is evacuated at the end of the treatment session.
MEDICINE DISPENSING DEVICE
A medicine dispensing device includes a first tubular body and a second tubular body. The first tubular body has an internal receiving space for disposing a liquid medicine and a stop member. A removable section is disposed at a dispensing end of the first tubular body. A neck section is disposed at one end distal from the removable section. The second tubular body includes a tube sealing section, a compression section and a communication tube section. One end of the communication tube section, which end is distal from the tube sealing section, is in communication with the neck section, whereby the receiving space is in communication with the interior of the second tubular body. The stop member blocks the neck section and interrupts the internal passage of the neck section to prevent the liquid medicine from flowing into or stagnating in the second tubular body in use.
