Multi-pressure integrated air pump

A high and low-pressure integrated air pump includes a single housing including an air inlet and an air outlet. A high-pressure pump is disposed within the housing and in fluid communication with the air inlet, and uses a first outlet passage to discharge to the air outlet. A low-pressure pump is also disposed within the housing and in fluid communication with the air inlet, and uses a second outlet passage to discharge to the air outlet.

Inflator with dynamic pressure compensation

An inflator includes an inflator housing, a pressure sensor operable to generate a pressure signal related to an outlet pressure of the inflator, a motor within the inflator housing, a battery pack removably coupleable to the inflator housing, and a controller electrically coupled to the motor and the battery pack. The controller is configured to receive the pressure signal from the pressure sensor, determine a rate of pressurization change based on the pressure signal, determine a static pressure value based on the rate of pressurization change, and determine a motor time delay based on a target pressure value, the static pressure value, and the rate of pressurization change. The controller is also configured to generate a control signal when the motor time delay substantially equals zero. The control signal is operable to cause power to the motor to be turned off to stop a pressurization condition of the inflator.

CORDLESS COMPRESSOR

A cordless compressor has an air storage tank, a pump for pressuring air within the air storage tank, a motor driving pump, a power tool battery pack connected to the motor, a discharge port connected to the air storage tank, and a regulator disposed between the discharge port and the air storage tank. The pump can raise the air pressure within the air storage tank from 0 psi to about 135 psi in less than 135 seconds. With such arrangement, a compressor having an air pressure within the air storage tank of 135 psi set at a 70 psi setting can power an 18 gauge nailer connected to the compressor to drive more than 1200 nails on a single battery charge.

An electric priming pump device detachably couples to a centrifugal water pump on the suction side of the water pump, for priming thereof. The device comprises an enclosure and a base, wherein the enclosure contains a rotary vane peripheral bypass vacuum motor which is pressed against the base to form an air-tight seal. The device generates a vacuum for priming through use of a rotary vane peripheral bypass vacuum motor, which can remove large volumes of air quickly. An opening in the base receives a check valve fitting to protect the motor from water and slows loss of vacuum pressure after use. Additionally, a cone shaped protective cover protects components in the device and provides space for branding or advertisement.

A connector (24) and method of connecting a compressor assembly (10) that increases the pressure of a fluid are described. The compressor assembly (10) includes cylinders (12a,b), crank shaft housings (18a,b), and a motor housing (22). The connector (24) is disposed between the cylinders (12a,b) and the crank shaft housing (18a,b) and configured to engage the cylinders (12a,b) such that vibration during operation of the compressor assembly is reduced through the placement of the connector (24) corresponding to a center of gravity of the compressor assembly (10). The connector may also be used by the compressor assembly as a heat sink, inlet, mount, filter, and/or to provide other functions that improve the operation of compressor assembly.

WORK MACHINE

Provided is a work machine capable of improving workability. The work machine is provided with: a motor 14; a first power supply unit 180 connected to a battery pack 5 and supplying a boosted power to the motor 14; and a second power supply unit 130 connected to an external AC power supply and supplying a boosted power to the motor 14.
