The air compressor silencer is provided inside the housing in the accommodation portion, where the air compressor silencer includes a spirally shaped silencer core, and the spirally shaped silencer core includes at least one spiral chamber comprising a core inlet and a core outlet. Additionally, a compressor installation that includes a motor, a compressor, a belt connected to a compressor shaft of the compressor element and a motor shaft of the motor, and a belt guard that includes a front cover and a back cover, and an accommodation portion, where the compressor silencer is provided inside the housing in the accommodation portion.
System pulsation dampener device(s) substituting for pulsation dampeners utilizing compression material therein
A fluid delivery system including at least a housing for a charge-free pulsation dampener of a type utilizing elastomeric compression material, but without the compression material therein, includes a system pulsation dampener. The fluid delivery system includes a fluid reservoir, a fluid pump, a manifold, a pulsation dampener, and piping. The fluid reservoir stores a fluid used for a drilling procedure. The fluid pump pumps the fluid from the fluid reservoir through the fluid delivery system. The manifold is located downstream from the fluid pump, and receives and combines fluids from the at least one fluid pump. The pulsation dampener receives the combined fluid from the manifold, and dampens residual pulsations from the manifold. The piping receives fluid output from the pulsation dampener, and transfers the fluid received from the pulsation dampener further downstream.
Reciprocal pumps
Disclosed are a pressure regulator for reciprocating pumps comprising an audible low pressure blow off and pumps comprising the pressure regulator. Also described is a pump comprising a larger diameter barrel with a higher volume for inflating an inflatable object at a lower pressure and a smaller diameter barrel with a lower volume for inflating an inflatable object at a higher pressure, wherein the pump is switchable to operate using either the larger diameter barrel or the smaller diameter barrel using a single lever attached to an end cap of the smaller diameter barrel.
Pulsation damper
A pulsation damper for a condensate pump comprising a housing defining a fluid chamber having a liquid inlet connectable to an outlet of the condensate pump, an air inlet, and a liquid outlet, wherein the air inlet includes a one-way valve configured to selectively introduce air into the housing to maintain a first air pocket within the fluid chamber as liquid flows through the fluid chamber, wherein the liquid outlet is located outside the first air pocket, and wherein the air pocket is configured to dissipate pulsations within liquid entering the housing at the liquid inlet prior to the liquid discharging via the liquid outlet.
Linear compressor
A compressor is disclosed. A compressor according to the present discloser includes a piston structure which has a guide member reciprocating inside a cylinder in an axial direction, and a magnet frame which supports a mover moving together with the piston structure, in which the piston structure includes the guide member, a mount member connected to the magnet frame, and an elastic member provided between the guide member and the mount member and capable of elastic deformation.
PUMP SYSTEM AND ELECTRONICS DEVICE
A pump system contains a pair of pumps each of which contains a vibration actuator vibrated by electromagnetic drive and can discharge fluid due to drive of the vibration actuator. The pump system has a vibration suppression mode in which the pair of the pumps are driven so that vibration of the vibration actuators of the pair of pumps is cancelled each other and a vibration generation mode in which the pair of the pumps are driven so that the vibration of the vibration actuators of the pair of pumps is superimposed with each other.
Reciprocating compressor
A reciprocating compressor is provided that may include a shell including a vibration absorbing member formed to be wound around an outer circumferential surface or an inner circumferential surface or stacked thereon, so that compressor vibration may be attenuated by frictional contact between the shell and the vibration absorbing member or between layers of the vibration absorbing member. Also a noise insulating layer may be formed between the shell and the vibration absorbing member or between the layers of the vibration absorbing member, so that a magnitude of noise may be reduced as vibration noise passes through the noise insulating layer, whereby vibration noise of the compressor, such as noise of a high frequency band, may be further attenuated by fine vibration.
Valve and gas control device
A valve includes: a first plate having a first vent hole; a second plate having a second vent hole; a valve chamber positioned between the first plate and the second plate; a valve body including a third vent hole; an exhaust path-forming plate forming a first flow path between the exhaust path-forming plate and the valve body, forming a second flow path between the exhaust path-forming plate and the second plate, and having a fourth vent hole through which the first flow path is in communication with the second flow path; and a fifth vent hole. The first flow path establishes communication between the second vent hole and the fourth vent hole, and the second flow path establishes communication between the fourth vent hole and the fifth vent hole.
Suspension for hermetic reciprocating compressor for mobile applications and method of assembly of the suspension for hermetic reciprocating compressor for mobile application
The present invention relates to a suspension disposed between a compression unit and the hermetic housing of hermetic reciprocating compressors for mobile application, such as, for example, application in automotive vehicles and similar, and to the method of assembly of the components that constitute the referred suspension. According to the present invention, it is disclosed a suspension for hermetic reciprocating compressor for mobile application capable of reducing the effects of an eventual and involuntary sudden movement of the compression unit and also of minimizing the transfer of vibrations and noises deriving from the environment outside the hermetic housing to the compression unit.
LINEAR COMPRESSOR
A linear compressor includes a casing, a back cover supported in the casing, an intake flow path member coupled to the back cover, and an intake muffler of which at least a portion linearly reciprocates inside the intake flow path member. The intake flow path member includes a first hole that is formed in a front surface and is penetrated by the intake muffler, and a flow path guide that extends axially forward from a rear surface and has an opened front and an opened rear. A noise of a refrigerant passing through the intake flow path member can be reduced through an expansion space between the flow path guide and an inner surface of the intake flow path member.
