System and method for tire repair

A repair system for a vehicle includes a base and a lift component movably secured to the base for lifting a portion of a frame of the vehicle. An air compressor unit is disposed on the base and has a discharge hose configured to be selectively connected to the tire for delivering compressed. A sealant reservoir is disposed on the base and filled with a flat tire sealant. The discharge hose is optionally configured to deliver the flat tire sealant to the tire. A controller is disposed on the base and receives tire data from the vehicle and controls discharge of the compressed air from the air compressor unit to the tire and optionally controls discharge of the flat tire sealant to the tire based on the tire data. The tire data includes a tire pressure reading associated with the tire.

The agricultural implement system additionally includes a filter fluidly coupled to the rod side port. Filtered fluid enters the double acting cylinder via the rod side port.

The pump includes a pump body that defines a variable volume therein, the pump body further defining a first aperture and a second aperture therethrough. The selector valve includes a first check valve disposed in a first fluid channel of a plurality of fluid channels, the first check valve being oriented to permit flow through the first fluid channel only in a first flow direction, the first flow direction being a flow direction out of the variable volume, and a second check valve disposed in a second fluid channel of the plurality of fluid channels, the second check valve being oriented to permit flow through the second fluid channel only in a second flow direction.

A cordless compressor has an air storage tank, a pump for pressuring air within the air storage tank, a motor driving pump, a power tool battery pack connected to the motor, a discharge port connected to the air storage tank, and a regulator disposed between the discharge port and the air storage tank. The pump can raise the air pressure within the air storage tank from 0 psi to about 135 psi in less than 135 seconds. With such arrangement, a compressor having an air pressure within the air storage tank of 135 psi set at a 70 psi setting can power an 18 gauge nailer connected to the compressor to drive more than 1200 nails on a single battery charge.
