Filled Resin Layer Separated Pump Housing
A pump configured to move fluid from one location to another location is provided. The pump includes a pump housing. The pump housing is composed of a wall structure. The wall structure includes a first laminar portion of a thickness of the wall structure composed of a resin that does not include any reinforcing fibers. The wall structure also includes a second laminar portion of the thickness of the wall structure that is composed a resin with reinforcing fibers dispersed through the resin.

A peristaltic pumping device of linear type, includes a section of deformable tube crossed by a fluid whereon at least a peristaltic compression is implemented; and an actuator, including a rotating element provided with one or more helical ribs arranged projecting from its surface to interfere, along the rotation of the rotating element, with said deformable tube and, so as to determine thereon at least a localized, movable and continuous squeezing, moving along a predetermined direction, which implements peristaltic compression, the helical ribs are arranged along a helical axis with respect thereto they are fixed, the position thereof being tied with respect to the rotating element, wherein at least a portion of helical rib, which interferes with said deformable tube, is rotatable around the respective helical axis, thereby minimizing the friction thereof on the surface of the deformable tube, thereby allowing to reduce effectively the stress on the deformable tube.

System for Sealing a Pump Cassette Against a Cassette Control Assembly
A system and method for pumping fluid using a set of interconnected pump cassettes is disclosed. Each of the pump cassettes can receive a first solution in a first pumping chamber and each of the pump cassettes can receive separate second solutions in respective second pumping chambers, so that the first solution can be mixed with the separate second solutions, each said mixture capable of being placed in separate containers. The system includes a control assembly for operating each pump cassette, each pump cassette having a flexible membrane to pump fluid into and out of the pumping chambers, and each pump cassette configured for mating with a base unit that provides positive or negative pneumatic pressure to the flexible membrane.

Shaped Elastomeric Infusion Pump
The present invention is directed to a portable apparatus for dispensing a liquid under pressure at a substantially constant flow rate over a period of time. The apparatus includes an inflatable, internal bladder constructed of a compliant, elastomeric material and an external housing surrounding the internal bladder. Further, the external housing is constructed of a non-compliant, elastomeric material. Thus, during operation, the external housing shapes the internal bladder as the internal bladder is being filled with a treatment fluid and collapses as the treatment fluid is emptied from the internal bladder.
AIR MOTOR
An air motor is provided for converting electrical energy into kinetic energy, and using the kinetic energy to generate a specified air pressure and a specified airflow rate. The air motor comprises plural air motor units, each of which includes a main body and a piezoelectric actuator. The piezoelectric actuator is disposed within the main body. When the piezoelectric actuator is enabled, the air within the main body is controlled and driven to flow. The air motor can be used to replace various types of motors, compressors or engines.
Diaphragm Pump
A diaphragm pump has at least one pump chamber, the pump chamber being connected to an inlet chamber via an inlet valve and to an outlet chamber via an outlet valve. The inlet valve has an inlet opening which can be closed by an inlet valve body, and the outlet valve has an outlet opening which can be closed by an outlet valve body. The outlet opening surrounds the inlet opening, or the inlet opening surrounds the outlet opening.
