Reciprocating Pump Packing Lubricator
A lubricator package for intermittently delivering a lubricant to lubrication points on packing on a high-pressure reciprocating pump, a frac pump is described. A preferred package includes a large (e.g., 10 gallon) capacity reservoir; a three or five outlet pump; a common manifold receiving oil from the large capacity reservoir and supplying oil or grease to the pumps; a mounting stand supporting the large capacity reservoir and the five outlet pump; and an optional a control package providing low level monitoring of lubricant flow and controlling the pump providing a pump stroke counter or timer.
Seal
The disclosure concerns a seal, in particular a rod seal for sealing an axially movable rod in a guide cylinder, in particular a piston seal for a pneumatically, electrically or hydraulically driven coating agent pump for pumping coating agent, having an annular sealing element for sealingly resting on a circumferential surface of an axially movable rod, and having at least one elastic annular pretensioning element, the annular pretensioning element surrounding the annular sealing element radially on the outside and pretensioning it radially to the inside. The disclosure provides an annular seal base body which externally surrounds and holds the sealing element and the pretensioning element. In addition, the disclosure also comprises an inverted variant in which the seal is arranged in an annular groove in a lateral surface of a piston and lies sealingly against the cylinder running surface.
LINEAR FRAC PUMP DRIVE SYSTEM SAFETY DEFLECTOR
A linear pump includes a centrally-disposed drive system and a plunger having a center portion coupled to the drive system, and first and second fluid ends disposed at the first and second ends of the plunger. The pump further includes first and second packing seals each being disposed about the plunger to isolate fluids within the respective first and second fluid ends. First and second adapters are disposed at an interface between the drive system and respective first and second fluid ends, each adapter incorporating an angled deflector configured to deflect and redirect high-pressure fluids escaping past the respective packing seal toward the drive system.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MAINTAINING PUMPS
A system and method for providing one or more pressurized fluid barriers for a fluid end of a reciprocating pump can comprise energization of, using a clean fluid, one or more components provided at distinct different locations of the reciprocating pump to a pressure greater than a cyclical pressure of the reciprocating pump associated with operation of the reciprocating pump to output fracking fluid.
Header ring for reciprocating pump
A new header ring useful in downhole packing sets automatically cleans the cylinder plunger wall during use and forms an improved seal having long duration. The new header ring has a ring shaped body. The body includes a side wall defining an open top, an open bottom, and an inner wall portion with an inner wall surface for contacting a plunger. The inner wall portion includes an outwardly extending annular undercut, which defines an overhang and radius that helps wipe clean the plunger wall and form a better seal. The body also has an outer wall portion with an outer wall surface for contacting a stuffing box wall. The outer wall has a flat upper portion, a flat lower portion, and an outwardly sloped annular middle portion connecting the top and lower portions. The outer wall also has an inwardly extending annular ledge formed in its bottom. The inner wall portion is formed from a high wear resistance elastomer, and the outer wall portion is formed from a nonabrasive elastomer.

Guide ring for a pump element of a vehicle brake system
A guide ring for a pump element of a hydraulic unit of a vehicle brake system is configured to guide a pump piston in a pump housing when the pump piston is displaced along the axis thereof in the pump housing. On the inner side of the guide ring facing the pump piston, the guide ring includes a first step that has a first inner diameter and a second inner diameter.

Long sleeve cartridge for a fluid end block
A long sleeve cartridge for being inserted into a fluid end block of a pump is disclosed. The long sleeve cartridge includes a body and a sleeve bore extending through the body. The sleeve bore includes a first inner diameter and a second inner diameter. The first inner diameter is less than the second inner diameter. A first aperture is located on the body, and a second aperture is located on the body in a radial position substantially diametrically opposite of the first aperture. A packing seal assembly is secured within the long sleeve cartridge. The packing seal assembly includes one or more seals and a biasing mechanism to provide a compression force on the seals. The packing seal assembly is arranged within the second inner diameter when the packing seal assembly is disposed within the long sleeve cartridge.
