A monitoring system may include strain gauges and position sensors corresponding to multiple pressure pumps. The strain gauge for each pressure pump may measure the strain in a respective chamber of each pump. The position sensor for each pump may measure the position of a rotating member of each pump. The monitoring system may also include one or more computing devices for determining actuation delays associated with valves corresponding to the respective chamber of each pump using expected actuation points and actual actuation points of the valves. The computing devices may compare the actuation points for the valves of all of the pressure pumps to determine a condition of a valve in one of the pressure pumps.

MODULAR MULTI-CHANNEL SYRINGE PUMP

A modular multi-channel syringe pump assembly includes a chassis in which are mounted two or more parallel syringe banks. Each syringe bank includes a syringe for retaining a fluid in a chamber with a syringe plunger for drawing fluid into or forcing fluid out of the chamber. A syringe drive actuator includes a syringe drive motor and a mechanical linkage for activating the syringe. At least one position sensor detects syringe position and generates a position signal corresponding to the syringe position. A controller receives the position signal for each syringe bank and generates control signals for operation of the two or more syringe banks.

There is provided a technique that includes: a main controller configured to execute a process recipe including a plurality of steps to perform a predetermined process on a substrate so as to acquire device data when executing the process recipe; and a storage part configured to store the acquired device data, wherein the main controller is configured to: acquire the device data in a predetermined specific step among the steps constituting the process recipe; calculate a value of the acquired device data in the specific step; compare the calculated value with a value of the device data in the specific step calculated at a time of previous execution of the process recipe; and generate an alarm when the calculated value shows a predefined tendency.

A rod-pump control device is disclosed. The rod-pump control device uses AMP (current) measurements for electric units, fuel or air usage for gas units, and can use pressure for either unit. The AMP/fuel/air sensors work as the primary trigger to indicate a pump-off condition on an oil and gas well. These sensors can be used as stand-alone triggers or in conjunction with other sensors to more accurately monitor pump efficiency. When the pump-controller starts to indicate an inefficient pump condition, it will turn the pump off by removing power from the electric motor. For gas powered units, the controller will remove power to disengage an electric clutch or send a signal to an engine controller to stop. An adjustable algorithm will use percentage change of off time, dependent on actual run time compared to a user definable target time to keep the pump operating at peak efficiency.

A vehicle-mounted pump system is disclosed for use with a service vehicle. A chassis can be configured to be secured to the service vehicle, and a frame can be supported by the chassis. A plurality of pumps can be supported by the frame, with each of the pumps being configured to pump liquid for dispersal external to the service vehicle. A power source can be supported by at least one of the chassis and the frame. A power transmission system can be configured to transfer power from the power source to the plurality of pumps.

According to the invention, the actuating unit (4) is rotatably mounted and the membrane (2) is arranged circumferentially with respect to the actuating unit (4), wherein, in a dead point position of the membrane (2), the polarization direction of the magnetic field generated between the material of the membrane (2) and the actuating means (7) is oriented in a direction radial to the axis of rotation of the actuating unit (4).

An absolute proportioning pumping system includes an electric motor assembly powering a first pump at a first flow rate and powering a second pump at a second flow rate. A proportioned fluid output includes a first fluid pumped by the first pump and a second fluid pumped by the second pump. The pumping system provides a desired ratio of the first fluid to the second fluid at the proportioned fluid output, relatively independently of pressure and flow rate at the output. In accord with further embodiments, a pump and motor assembly is mounted to and generally surrounded by a liquid tank. The pump and motor assembly may include a pair of fixed ratio outputs driven from a common motor, or may include a single variable output pump either slaved to a master pump or controlled through a timed bypass valve to control output flow rate.

According to some embodiments, system and methods are provided, comprising providing a dual-mode model for a reciprocating compressor, wherein the model includes a measurement mode and a tuning mode; receiving one or more inputs to the model from an operating reciprocating compressor; and in response to receipt of the one or more inputs, executing the model in at least one of the measurement mode and the tuning mode, wherein: in a measurement mode, execution of the model further comprises calculating an actual flow rate of gas in the compressor based on the one or more inputs; and in a tuning mode, execution of the model further comprises calculating one of an unloader setting and a speed set point of a physical element of the compressor for a given flow rate of gas.
