Method for monitoring the functioning of a compressor
A method for monitoring the functioning of a compressor, which is switchable into a delivery mode and, when in the delivery mode, delivers compressed air via a dryer line of a compressed-air preparation unit into at least one main supply line, from which multiple supply lines of compressed-air consumer circuits branch off, wherein a pressure sensor is connected at each of at least some of the supply lines, is disclosed. The method results in outputting a warning message if a weighted pressure gradient grd_p.sub.V_W has not exceeded a gradient limiting value grd_p.sub.G_W within a predefined monitoring time period T.sub.M.
Systems to monitor, detect, and/or intervene relative to cavitation and pulsation events during a hydraulic fracturing operation
Systems and methods for monitoring, detecting, and/or intervening with respect to cavitation and pulsation events during hydraulic fracturing operations may include a supervisory controller. The supervisory controller may be configured to receive pump signals indicative of one or more of pump discharge pressure, pump suction pressure, pump speed, or pump vibration associated with operation of the hydraulic fracturing pump. The supervisory controller also may be configured to receive blender signals indicative of one or more of blender flow rate or blender discharge pressure. Based on one or more of these signals, the supervisory controller may be configured to detect a cavitation event and/or a pulsation event. The supervisory controller may be configured to generate a cavitation notification signal indicative of detection of cavitation associated with operation of the hydraulic fracturing pump, and/or a pulsation notification signal indicative of detection of pulsation associated with operation of the hydraulic fracturing pump.
Fluid Machine
Even when abnormal heat generation occurs during operation in a state where the temperature of a compressor is not increased, abnormality cannot be detected. A fluid machine includes a fluid machine body; a motor that drives the fluid machine body; a temperature sensor that measures a temperature of the fluid machine body; and a control unit that controls the fluid machine body. The control unit changes a temperature threshold value based on at least one of a pressure of a fluid discharged by the fluid machine body and a frequency of a voltage input into the motor, and issues a notification when the temperature of the compressor body measured by the temperature sensor exceeds the temperature threshold value.
System for Monitoring Concrete Pumping Systems
A system for monitoring a dual cylinder concrete pumping apparatus and a transition valve operated by an actuator. The system including position sensors to detect the position of pistons in the dual cylinders and the actuator. Additional sensors can monitor various aspects of the concrete pumping apparatus. A processor receives information from the sensors and transmits data to a monitor. When sensor data is outside of predetermined parameters, the processor sends an alert notice and a performance snapshot of the system to the monitor.

Control Method of Compressor and Refrigerant Circulation System
The present disclosure provides a control method of a compressor and a refrigerant circulation system. The control method includes deciding whether a current working volume state of the compressor is matched with a control instruction after the compressor completes a change to a working volume according to the control instruction, determining that the compressor operates normally in a case where the current working volume state of the compressor is matched with the control instruction, and determining that the compressor operates in fault in a case where the current working volume state of the compressor is not matched with the control instruction.
Methods and systems for preventing premature compressor failure from improper operation
Methods and systems for detecting and correcting improper operation of a compressor in a refrigeration system and/or an HVAC system include a component level detection and prevention and a system level detection and prevention. The system level detection and prevention can be a backup or a confirmation of the component level detection and prevention. The component level detection and prevention can detect and prevent improper compressor operation within a predetermined time so that the compressor's operation period in an improper direction can be minimized, thereby minimizing wear and damage to the compressor.
Thermal Monitoring System and Method
A thermal monitoring system includes: one or more thermal sensors configured to monitor the temperature of one or more portions of a fracking pump and generate one or more thermal indication signals; a processing system configured to receive the one or more thermal indication signals and associate the one or more thermal indication signals with one or more operating temperatures of the one or more portions of the fracking pump; and an indication system configured to provide a thermal condition indicator based, at least in part, upon the one or more operating temperatures of the one or more portions of the fracking pump.
PUMP HEALTH MONITORING
A method can include receiving, at a control module, first pump characteristic data from a data source associated with a pump, sensing second pump characteristic data from a flow system using one or more sensors, comparing the first pump characteristic data to the second pump characteristic data sensed in the flow system, and determining a health of the pump based on the comparison of the first pump characteristic data to the second pump characteristic data.
HYDRAULIC FRACTURING PUMP HEALTH MONITOR
A hydraulic fracturing machine includes a pump failure detection system. The hydraulic fracturing machine includes a hydraulic fracturing pump with a power end and a fluid end. The power end includes a plurality of roller bearings, and the fluid end includes a flow of fluid. A particle sensor coupled to the power end is configured to transmit particle information regarding a quantity of particles in the fluid. A temperature sensor, also coupled to the power end, is configured to transmit temperature information regarding a temperature of the fluid. A vibration sensor coupled to the power end is configured to transmit vibration information regarding a vibration of each of the plurality of roller bearings.
