Compressor With Compliant Seal
A compressor may include a shell, first and second scroll members, a floating seal, a muffler plate, and a wear ring. The shell defines a discharge chamber and a suction chamber. The floating seal may sealingly engage the second scroll member. The muffler plate defines the discharge chamber and the suction chamber. The wear ring may sealingly engage the muffler plate and the floating seal such that the wear ring, the muffler plate, and the floating seal fluidly isolate the discharge chamber from the suction chamber. The muffler plate may include an axially facing surface that contacts the wear ring. The axially facing surface may include an annular recess. The wear ring may at least partially cover the annular recess. The annular recess may provide clearance between the muffler plate and the wear ring to allow the wear ring to deflect relative to the muffler plate during compressor operation.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR INCLUDING A LUBRICATION SYSTEM PROVIDED WITH AN OIL STIRRING ARRANGEMENT
The scroll compressor (1) includes a fixed scroll (7); an orbiting scroll (8); a support arrangement (5) including a thrust bearing surface (9) on which is slidably mounted the orbiting scroll (8); a rotation preventing device configured to prevent rotation of the orbiting scroll (8) with respect to the fixed scroll (7), the rotation preventing device including a plurality of orbital discs (28) respectively rotatably mounted in circular receiving cavities (29) provided on the support arrangement (5), each orbital disc (28) being provided with an outer circumferential bearing surface (31) configured to cooperate with an inner circumferential bearing surface (32) provided on the respective circular receiving cavity (29); and a lubrication system configured to lubricate the inner and outer circumferential bearing surfaces (32, 31) with oil supplied from an oil sump (36), the lubrication system including a plurality of oil reservoirs (43) each arranged in a bottom surface of a respective circular receiving cavity, and a plurality of oil stirring arrangements each configured to stir oil contained in a respective oil reservoir (43).
Scroll compressor orbital path balancing mass
In order to improve a compressor comprising a compressor housing, a scroll compressor unit which is arranged in the compressor housing and comprises a first stationary compressor body and a second compressor body that can be moved relative to the stationary compressor body, an eccentric drive for the scroll compressor unit, said drive having a drive member which is driven by a drive motor and which revolves about the central axis of a driveshaft on an orbital path, and an orbital path balancing mass which counteracts an unbalance due to the compressor body moving on the orbital path, so that even at high rotational speeds the long-term stability of the drive member guidance in the drive member receptacle can be ensured, it is proposed that the orbital path balancing mass is coupled to the eccentric drive such that the mass moves on the orbital path in a manner corresponding to the movement of the drive member but is uncoupled with respect to the transmission of tilting moments to the drive member.
FLUID PUMP CHANGEABLE IN DIAMETER, IN PARTICULAR FOR MEDICAL APPLICATION
The invention relates to a fluid pump device, in particular for the medical application, with a compressible pump housing and rotor, as well as with an actuation means which runs in the sleeve and on whose end the fluid pump is arranged. In order to utilize all possibilities of a space-saving arrangement of the respective pump housing of the rotor, which is compressible per se, and as the case may be, a bearing arrangement, the mentioned elements are displaceable to one another in the axial direction compared to an operation position. In particular these elements may be end-configured by way of an axial movement of the drive shaft after the assembly.

SCROLL COMPRESSOR
A scroll compressor including a casing; an orbiting scroll orbitingly moved inside the casing; a fixed scroll engaged with the orbiting scroll to form a pair of compression chambers; and a main frame supporting the orbiting scroll, wherein the fixed scroll includes a fixed scroll base plate and a fixed scroll wrap protruding from the fixed scroll base plate, wherein the main frame includes a main frame base plate provided on an opposite side of the fixed scroll base plate with respect to the orbiting scroll, and wherein the fixed scroll base plate, the main frame base plate and the casing may form an orbiting space of the orbiting scroll. An orbiting radius of the orbiting scroll is increased inside the casing having a predetermined size, so a refrigerant discharge amount is increased in a state in which the orbiting scroll and the fixed scroll are accommodated inside the casing.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR
A scroll compressor includes a housing, a rotary shaft rotatably supported by the housing, a fixed scroll accommodated in the housing and fixed to the housing, an orbiting scroll that orbits as the rotary shaft rotates, a compression chamber defined between the fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll, a discharge chamber, and an oil passage. A refrigerant taken in from the outside is compressed in the compression chamber. The refrigerant compressed in the compression chamber is discharged into the discharge chamber. An outer peripheral space connected to the compression chamber is defined between the outer peripheral surface of the fixed scroll and the inner peripheral surface of the housing. Oil separated from the refrigerant discharged into the discharge chamber is guided to the outer peripheral space through the oil passage.
Fixed scroll disk and scroll compressor having the same
The present disclosure discloses a fixed scroll and a scroll compressor with the same. The fixed scroll includes: an end plate; a fixed scroll wrap protruding from one surface of the end plate; and an internal cavity formed in the end plate. By adopting the fixed scroll and the scroll compressor with the fixed scroll according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, a weight of the scroll compressor may be reduced for example.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR
A scroll compressor includes a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll. A base plate of at least one of the fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll includes an auxiliary discharge port and a groove. The groove is partially covered with an orbiting volute wall facing the groove, so that a compression chamber that is in a compression process and is connected to the auxiliary discharge port is not connected to other compression chambers in a compression process or to a compression chamber connected to a main discharge port. The groove is always connected to one of the compression chambers.
