Food product pump with impeller and star wheel
A pump for pumping a liquid food product, including a star wheel arranged to be driven by an impeller to rotate around an axis that is offset from an axis of rotation of the impeller, an element that extends between a part of the star wheel and the impeller, such that the liquid is pumped when the impeller rotates and thereby drives the star wheel. A channel is formed between the star wheel and an axle on which the star wheel is arranged, such that a part of the product may enter the channel for providing lubrication.
POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT PUMP MATERIAL DELIVERY SYSTEM FOR ADDITIVE MANUFACTURE
A positive displacement pump for an additive manufacture application includes a motor having a rotatable output shaft, at least one rotatable gear or rotatable screw that is attached to the output shaft of the motor, and a passage defined downstream of said at least one rotatable gear or rotatable screw. The gear or screw is configured to receive material, and expel the material out of the pump at a flow rate proportional to a rotation rate of the output shaft of the motor and at a constant flow rate for a fixed rotation rate of the output shaft regardless of changes in system pressure.
ROTARY LOBE PUMP WITH INTERNAL BEARING
A rotary lobe pump having a pump housing with a pump room, an inlet opening and an outlet opening, a first multi-lobe rotary piston, which is arranged in the pump room and is rotatably mounted about a first axis of rotation, a second multi-lobe rotary piston, which is arranged in the pump room and is rotatably mounted about a second axis of rotation spaced apart from the first axis of rotation and meshingly engages in the first rotary piston, wherein the first and second rotary pistons are drivable in opposite directions and are designed to generate a flow of a conveyed medium from the inlet opening through the pump room to the outlet opening by counter-rotation about the first and second axis of rotation, respectively, and a drive device, which is mechanically coupled to the rotary pistons for driving the rotary pistons.
Progressive cavity pump with integrated heating jacket
A progressive cavity pump includes at least one of a jacketed stator casing and a jacketed inlet body.
