SPREADER ATTACHMENT FOR A MOWER
A dispenser assembly for a mower that selectively dispenses liquid or particulates onto the ground is provided. The dispenser has a hopper with an inner receptacle, an attachment to the mower, and a particulate outlet at the bottom of the receptacle. The dispenser also has a tank that removably nests within the receptacle and a particulate distributor in communication with the outlet. The particulate distributor has an agitator within the receptacle near the outlet, the agitator directing particulates toward the outlet, and a spreader that distributes the particulates from the outlet onto the ground surface. The dispenser also has a fluid distributor carried by the mower that has a fluid passage releasably connected to the fluid outlet of the tank and a fluid manifold connected to the fluid passage. Fluid is pumped through the fluid passage to a fluid manifold, which distributes the fluid onto the ground.
Spreader
A spreader for spreading a material including at least one pair of rotating discs having a plurality of generally radially oriented blades attached thereon for disbursing the material in a pre-selected pattern. The discs are rotatably positioned below an end of a funnel unit to receive material passing through the funnel units. The material, as it passes through the funnel units, is directed to a predetermined impact region on each of the rotating discs by a corresponding pair of deflecting vanes integrally fit and movably attached within each funnel of the pair of funnel units. Each deflecting vane is selectably movable by a corresponding actuator from a first position to a second position while the spreader is operating.
Fertilizer distribution metering system and method
A metering system and method of operating fertilizer distribution equipment, such as a spreader-sprayer, is described that includes monitoring revolution data for opposing left and right wheels with left and right sensors. A controller controls an actuator's operation to operably regulate the output of a liquid and/or solid fertilizer product. The fertilizer output is based at least in part on the revolution data and a fertilizer unit-per-area input.
Tow-Behind Rotary Spreader Driver Seat Operated Discharge Chute Control
This abstract is based on an alternate, improvement control method, to assist the drivers who have had, or recently discovered they have hand or finger disabilities and can no longer use our easy grab ball control disc, because it is too difficult for them to pull against some of the low-end spreader models that use very heavy springs to keep the tow-behind spreader center-column-handle-lever in place, each time the slide gate porthole chute is repositioned.
This alternate control method consists of two (2) improved modified control discs, that incorporates (fulcrum pivot mechanics) to be used in the event the operator's hand has arthritis, carpel tunnel, difficulty in closing fingers, fist, or other hand deficiencies, which makes them unable to pull and use our original twine line grab ball control disc, against the heavy force of those springs installed by the manufacturer.
These two (2) improved fulcrum-pivot-design controls will make it very easy for the driver to still open and close the slide gate porthole chute from the d river's seat, because they use (fulcrum physics) less force to move a heavier load.
APPARATUS FOR COMBINING PLANTING IMPLEMENTS
An apparatus for combining planting implements enables an operator of a tractor to use both a conventional cultivating implement and a conventional broadcasting implement simultaneously. The apparatus is rigidly affixed to a conventional cultivating implement and comprises a support frame, a pair of brackets, and a connection bar. In combination, the support frame, pair of brackets, and connection bar provide a three-point connection whereby a conventional broadcasting implement may be attached thereto, thus enabling an operator of a tractor to use both a conventional cultivating implement and a conventional broadcasting implement simultaneously. In operation, at least a portion of the conventional cultivating implement is disposed behind the conventional broadcasting implement when the conventional broadcasting implement is attached to the support frame, thereby allowing simultaneous cultivation and broadcasting of constituents.
A METHOD FOR CONTROLLING A DRIVING CONDITION FOR A TRACTOR OF AN AGRICULTURAL MACHINE AND AN AGRICULTURAL MACHINE
The present disclosure relates to a method for controlling a driving condition for a tractor of agricultural machine having a tractor, an implement having an application device for applying a material selected from the group of a granular material, a liquid material, and a powder-form material, the implement being carried or trailed by the tractor and comprising a supply container for receiving the material, an application device for applying the material, and a weight sensor device having at least one weight sensor configured to sense an empty weight and a filling weight for the supply container, and a tractor implement management system, the tractor implement management system operationally connected to the weight sensor device and configured to generate control signals for controlling driving conditions of the tractor. The method comprises moving the agricultural machine by tractor driving, measuring first weight signals by the weight sensor device, the first weight signals indicative of a first driving condition for the movement of the agricultural machine, providing first tractor control signals in the tractor implement management system, the first tractor control signals generated in response to the first weight signals and configured to apply a first control condition to the tractor driving, and applying the first tractor control signals for controlling the tractor driving. Further, an agricultural machine is provided.
Method and Arrangement for Storing and Recalling of Setting Values of an Agricultural Vehicle or Implement
A method and arrangement for storing and recalling of setting values of a vehicle (10) and/or implement (14) that can be used for agricultural purposes comprising the following steps: inputting of at least one setting value for an actuator (49) of the vehicle (10) and/or implement (14) by a user interface; transmitting of a command based on the setting value to a control unit (32, 34, 38, 48) standing in operational connection with the actuator (49); and storing of setting data based on the setting value in a memory (72) in order to recall the setting value on the user interface or another user interface as required, wherein the setting value is converted into setting data using meta data regarding technical properties of the vehicle (10) and/or implement (14), the setting data representing a physical measure of the adjustment of the vehicle (10) and/or implement (14) achieved by the actuator (49) based on the setting value, the measure calculated based on the meta data and the setting value, and the setting data stored together with the meta data.

Flow divider for spinner spreader
A longitudinally adjustable flow divider situated in the particulate material path of a spinner spreader between the bin and the rotatable disc divides the particulate material so that the particulate material is dischargeable on to the upper surface of the rotatable disc on first and second laterally spaced apart longitudinally oriented drop lines. An actuator operably connected to the flow divider adjusts a longitudinal position of the flow divider to longitudinally adjust drop points on the drop lines at which the particulate material is dischargeable on to the rotatable disc. Longitudinal adjustment of the drop points along laterally spaced apart drop lines on one spinner disc permits control over spread pattern to help achieve uniform distribution of the particulate material on a ground surface.
