Pump unit with integrated piston pump and electric motor
An automotive hydraulic actuating system for actuating a movable vehicle part, like a roof part or a wheel suspension. The actuating system comprises a pump unit. The pump unit comprises a piston pump which has a pump rotor and an electric motor which has a motor rotor. The pump rotor and motor rotor are incorporated into a single common rotor. The rotor is a one piece item. The rotor is positioned inside a pump chamber around a pump stator of the piston pump. The pump stator provides a full support to the common rotor. Advantageously, without a separate motor stator, the pump unit has a more compact configuration. Additionally, the pump unit has an improved dynamic performance which contributes to a silent and reliable operation at a high rotational speed.
Fuel pump
A fuel pump includes: an outer gear; an inner gear that is meshed with the outer gear and includes a receiving hole; a rotatable shaft; a contact portion that is formed to be contactable with the receiving hole; and a pump housing that rotatably receives the outer gear and the inner gear and includes a first housing component and a second housing component, between which the inner gear is held in the axial direction. At least one of the receiving hole and the contact portion includes a tilt surface, which is tilted relative to the axis direction. When the rotatable shaft is rotated to a drive rotation side, the receiving hole contacts the contact portion through the tilt surface, so that the receiving hole is urged in a circumferential direction and is also urged toward the first housing component in the axial direction.

Internal gear pump including an outer ring having cam protruded parts
The internal gear pump according to the present invention includes: an inner rotor; an outer rotor that rotates with predetermined eccentricity to a rotation center of the inner rotor; an outer ring that rotatably holds the outer rotor, and has at least three cam protruded parts formed; a pump housing that has a rotor chamber; pins in the same number as that of the cam protruded parts; and operation means for oscillating the outer ring. Positions of the pins are set so that a diameter center of the holding-inner peripheral part of the outer ring is moved by the operation means along a locus of a circle, the radius of which is the eccentricity to the rotation center of the inner rotor.

SCREW PUMP
A screw pump comprises a body which has a cylindrical duct formed therein. A screw shaft is located in the cylindrical duct and is arranged to transport liquid between an inlet and an outlet of the screw pump. The screw shaft has a screw thread which defines a helical liquid path within the cylindrical duct. The body of the screw pump includes a groove extending along an inside surface of the cylindrical duct, the groove defining, in part, a ball-passage which extends alongside the screw shaft and intersects with the helical liquid path. The ball-passage contains a plurality of balls which are guided along the ball-passage by the screw thread when the screw shaft rotates relative to the body.
