Serviceable fluid pump
A serviceable pump includes a motor disposed at an end of the serviceable pump and connected to a gear portion with a pump shaft. The gear portion receives fluid from and outputs fluid to a system such as a deep fryer cooking system. The gear portion includes at least one channel for receiving fluid, such as oil, to lubricate the gears and a fluid discharge aperture to push fluid into a cooling loop at a first end of the cooling loop. The cooling loop cools the fluid passing through the serviceable pump and is disposed between the motor and the gear portion. The cooling loop is connected to a seal assembly that surrounds the pump input shaft at a second end of the loop. The seal assembly allows the cooled fluid to pass along the pump input shaft.
Driving structure of three-axis multi-stage roots pump
A driving structure of a three-axis multi-stage Roots pump comprises a pump body, wherein a gear end cover is mounted at one side of the pump body, an air outlet end moving bearing air sealing unit is mounted on the other side of the pump body, and the bearing end cover is mounted on the pump at the side of the pump body; a driving axis, a first driven axis and a second driven axis are further provided inside the pump body, and the driving axis is connected with the first driven axis and the second driven axis through the gear, respectively; and both ends of the driving axis, the first driven axis and the second driven axis are movably connected to an air inlet end gear mechanical seal driving unit and an air outlet end moving bearing air sealing unit, respectively. The present invention overcomes the deficiencies of the prior art, a fixed bearing limiting unit not only plays a radial supporting role, strengthens the rigidity of an independent axis, but also reduces the diameter of the axis, and at the same time, evenly distributes to the two axial ends in the axial deformation process, avoiding deformation in a single direction, reducing the amount of displacement by nearly half, and also improving the sealing efficiency of the system.
Vane pump with improved seal assembly for control chamber
A vane pump comprises a housing and a control slide. A rotor rotates to draw lubricant into a rotor receiving space of the slide via a housing inlet and discharges the lubricant via an outlet. The control slide moves to change its eccentricity relative to the rotor for increasing and decreasing a pressure differential between the inlet and outlet. The control slide is biased in a displacement increasing direction. The control slide has one or more seals defining a control chamber with housing. The one or more seals includes a seal assembly received in a recess on a control slide outer surface. The seal assembly has a base element in the recess and a bearing element pivotally attached to the base element and bearing against an inner surface of the housing for sealing. The pivotal attachment includes male and female pivotal connectors coupled together.
Vane pump
A vane pump has a pump flange, a cam ring, a pressure plate and at least one pin extending axially through the pump flange, the cam ring and the pressure plate, the pin being preloaded in an axial direction thereof by means of at least one spring element.
Pump device
A pump device includes: a drive shaft; a pump element; a pump housing including; a pump element receiving space, first and second bearing receiving spaces, a suction passage, a discharge passage, a return passage, and a seal receiving space, a first bearing including a first lubrication groove, received within the first bearing receiving space, and supporting the drive shaft; a second bearing which includes a second lubrication groove having a sectional area that is perpendicular to the rotation axis, and that is greater than a sectional area of the first bearing that is perpendicular to the rotation axis, which is received within the second bearing receiving space, and which supports the drive shaft; and a seal member provided within the seal receiving space, and arranged to seal between the drive shaft and the pump housing.
Electric pump device
A motor, an inverter substrate electrically connected to the motor, a housing accommodating the motor and the inverter substrate, and a pump section driven by the motor are included. The inverter substrate is disposed on one side of the motor. The pump section is disposed on the other side of the motor. The housing has a motor housing section accommodating the motor, an inverter housing section accommodating the inverter substrate, and a breather section establishing communication between inside and outside of the housing. The motor housing section has an accommodation tubular section accommodating the motor and a brim section spreading outward in a radial direction from an end of the accommodation tubular section. The inverter housing section is disposed on one side of the brim section and overlaps the brim section when seen in the axial direction. The breather section is disposed at the brim section.
LIQUID PUMP, IN PARTICULAR FOR PROVIDING A SUPPLY TO A TRANSMISSION OF AN ELECTRIC OR HYBRID DRIVE MODULE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
A liquid pump, in particular for providing a supply to a transmission of an electric or hybrid drive module of a motor vehicle, having a pump housing wherein a pump chamber and a pump rotor are arranged, wherein the pump chamber is connected to an outlet channel to which a temperature sensor is assigned, wherein the temperature sensor has a lead frame and an SMD sensor element.
Connection assembly with feed pump and elastic element
A connection assembly for use in an axial piston machine has a feed pump and a main body. The main body is equipped with at least one fluid connection. The feed pump is configured as an internal gear pump or as a vane-type pump. A pump assembly defines a planar sealing surface which bears at least indirectly against the main body. The main body has a second recess in which the pump assembly is received at least in certain portions. A separate cover is provided which covers the second recess and the pump assembly in each case at least in certain portions. The cover bears against the main body. An elastic element is installed under preload between the cover and the receiving part such that a corresponding preload force is supported at least indirectly on the main body via the sealing surface.
