SCROLL COMPRESSOR
A scroll compressor is provided that may include a casing, a drive motor, an orbiting scroll, a non-orbiting scroll, and a floating plate provided with a cover portion to cover an area between an outer wall portion and an inner wall portion of the non-orbiting scroll so as to form a back pressure chamber with the non-orbiting scroll, and a valve accommodating portion that extends from the cover portion so as to accommodate a discharge valve configured to open and close a discharge port. Accordingly, structure for forming a back pressure chamber is simplified to thereby reduce the number of components and man-hours required for assembly.
Compressor with mechanical seal
A compressor includes: a casing with an inner wall defining a compression chamber, an inlet leading into the compression chamber, and an outlet leading out of the compression chamber; a rotor rotatably coupled to the casing for rotation relative to the casing; and a gate coupled to the casing for movement relative to the casing. The gate may be pivotally, or translationally coupled to the casing. A hydrostatic bearing may be disposed between the gate and casing. A plurality of compressors may be mechanically linked together such that their compression cycles are out of phase.
Scroll compressor
A scroll compressor includes a refrigerant discharge flow passage and an oil recovery flow passage that are separated from each other. The scroll compressor further includes a flow passage separation unit configured to separate an intermediate space between a drive portion and a compression portion into an inner space communicating with the refrigerant flow passage and an outer space communicating with the oil flow passage to separate the refrigerant discharge path from the oil recovery path.
Compressor Having Floating Seal Assembly
A compressor includes a shell, a first scroll member, a second scroll member and a sealing assembly. The shell defines a first pressure region and a second pressure region. The first scroll member is disposed within the shell and includes a first end plate and a first scroll wrap. The second scroll member includes a second end plate and a second scroll wrap. The second scroll wrap meshingly engages the first scroll wrap to define a compression chamber therebetween. The seal assembly fluidly separates the first and second pressure regions from each other. The seal assembly includes a first plate, a second plate, a first sealing member and a second sealing member. The first sealing member is sealingly engaged with the first plate and the second plate. The second sealing member is sealingly engaged with the first sealing member and the first plate.
Scroll compressor with second intermediate cap to facilitate refrigerant injection
A scroll compressor includes a compressor housing, an orbiting scroll member and non-orbiting scroll member intermeshed to form a compression chamber, a discharge pressure chamber, an intermediate pressure chamber. The housing includes a lower portion, a first intermediate cap, a second intermediate cap, and an upper portion. The discharge pressure chamber configured to receiving a discharge pressure fluid from the compression chamber. The intermediate pressure chamber fluidly connecting an intermediate pressure fluid inlet port and an intermediate pressure fluid injection port of the non-orbiting scroll member. A method injecting an intermediate pressure fluid into a compression chamber of a scroll compressor includes disposing the intermediate pressure fluid in an intermediate pressure chamber. The method also includes injecting the intermediate pressure fluid in the intermediate pressure chamber through the intermediate pressure fluid injection port into the compression chamber.
ADJUSTABLE SCROLL PUMP
The invention provides a scroll pump comprising an orbiting scroll and a fixed scroll, wherein the orbital axis of the orbiting scroll is movable in a radial direction relative to the fixed scroll while the orbiting scroll is orbiting about its orbital axis, or wherein the fixed scroll is movable relative to the orbiting scroll in a radial direction while the orbiting scroll is orbiting about its orbital axis.
Hermetic compressor
A hermetic compressor is provided that may include a vane that is inserted into a roller, rotates with the roller, and is pushed out toward an inner circumference of a cylinder by rotation of the roller to divide the compression chamber into a plurality of spaces. The vane may include a body having a sealing surface that contacts the inner circumference of the cylinder and inserted into the roller; and a guide that extends from an axial end of the body in a direction crossing a direction the vane slides out, and that is slidably inserted into a guide groove formed on at least one of the first bearing or the second bearing to restrain the vane from sliding out of the roller toward the inner circumference of the cylinder.
Scroll compressor containing scroll self-rotation prevention arrangement
A scroll compressor is provided in which one of a fixed scroll or an orbiting scroll is provided with at least one guide groove, and the other is provided with a self-rotation prevention member inserted into the at least one guide groove to revolve in the at least one guide groove and configured to prevent self-rotation of the orbiting scroll.
COMPRESSOR AND REFRIGERATION DEVICE
A compressor and a refrigeration device are provided. The compressor has a housing, a first cylinder, a first piston, a second cylinder and a second piston. The housing has a first air outlet port and a second air outlet port. The first cylinder has an accommodating cavity, and the first piston is eccentrically disposed in the first accommodating cavity. The second cylinder has a second accommodating cavity, and the second piston is eccentrically disposed in the second accommodating cavity.
Compressor
A compressor is disclosed. The compressor includes a case having an oil reservoir space for storing oil in a lower portion of the case and a refrigerant discharge pipe for discharging a compressed refrigerant in an upper portion of the case, a drive motor provided in the case, a rotary shaft rotatably coupled to the drive motor, a compression unit coupled to the rotary shaft to compress the refrigerant, and a discharge cover hermetically coupled to a lower end of the compression unit and configured to guide an oil-containing refrigerant compressed by the compression unit toward the refrigerant discharge pipe, wherein a guide is provided between the compression unit and the discharge cover and configured to guide an oil-containing refrigerant discharged from the compression unit toward the refrigerant discharge pipe.
