SCROLL FLUID MACHINE AND SCROLL MEMBER USED THEREIN
In a scroll compressor (1) provided with a fixed scroll (3) and an orbiting scroll (5), an inclined portion is provided in which the inter-facing surface distance (L) between an end plate (3a) and an end plate (5a) that face each other decreases continuously from the outer peripheral side towards the inner peripheral side. The inclined portion is configured from wall inclined portions (3b1, 5b1) in which the height of a wall (3b, 5b) decreases continuously from the outer peripheral side towards the inner peripheral side, and end plate inclined portions (3a1, 5a1) in which a tooth bottom surface is inclined in accordance with the incline of the wall inclined portions (3b1, 5b1). The inclined portion is provided across a range of no less than 180 around the center of the spiral.
VACUUM DEVICE
The invention relates to a vacuum device, in particular to a vacuum pump, comprising a reservoir for an operating medium; an outlet connector arranged at or in the reservoir; and a selection device that is configured to selectively close or open the outlet connector or an outlet line, which is connected via the outlet connector to the reservoir, in dependence on whether the operating medium or water is present at the outlet connector.
COMPRESSOR
A compressor, more particularly, a scroll compressor provides structures that may enhance centrifugal stiffness at a contact point between a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll. The compressor may include an orbiting scroll having an orbiting scroll wrap wound around a radial-direction inner area from a radial-direction outer area; and a fixed scroll having a fixed scroll wrap wound around the radial-direction inner area from the radial-direction outer area. A surfacing part may be configured to narrow a distance between the orbiting scroll wrap and the fixed scroll wrap may be formed in a predetermined section of the orbiting scroll or fixed scroll wrap.
Hermetic compressor having a vane with guide portion
A hermetic compressor is provided that may include a vane that is inserted into a roller, rotates with the roller, and is pushed out toward an inner circumference of a cylinder by rotation of the roller to divide the compression chamber into a plurality of spaces. The vane may include a body having a sealing surface that contacts the inner circumference of the cylinder and inserted into the roller; and a guide that extends from an axial end of the body in a direction crossing a direction the vane slides out, and that is slidably inserted into a guide groove formed on at least one of the first bearing or the second bearing to restrain the vane from sliding out of the roller toward the inner circumference of the cylinder.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR
A scroll compressor is provided in which one of a fixed scroll or an orbiting scroll is provided with at least one guide groove, and the other is provided with a self-rotation prevention member inserted into the at least one guide groove to revolve in the at least one guide groove and configured to prevent self-rotation of the orbiting scroll.
Compressor including bearing and unloader assembly
A compressor is provided that may include a drive shaft, a compression mechanism, a bearing and an unloader. The drive shaft may include a main body and a crank pin extending from the main body. The compression mechanism may include first and second members. The crank pin may drivingly engage the second member and cause motion of the second member relative to the first member. The bearing may rotatably supporting the main body of the drive shaft. The unloader may rotatably engage the bearing and slidably engage the main body.
Mutual rotating scroll compressor
A mutual rotating scroll compressor includes: a first frame fixed to a casing; a second frame provided with an interval between the first frame and the second frame, a compression space being provided between the first frame and the second frame; a first scroll rotatably supported by the first frame and coupled to a driving motor to rotate in the compression space; a second scroll engaged with the first scroll to rotate about the second frame, the second scroll and the first scroll forming a compression chamber in the compression space; and a bearing housing including a housing part, including a boss accommodation part to which the second scroll is rotatably coupled, and a hinge lug which extends from the housing part and is movably coupled to the second frame.
Removable hydropad for an orbiting scroll
A scroll compressor is provided and includes a motor housing having a support surface, a fixed scroll fixedly disposable on the motor housing, an orbiting scroll which is operably disposable for fluid-compressive orbital movement relative to the fixed scroll and a removable hydropad removably disposable on the support surface between the orbiting scroll and the support surface.
MOTOR OPERATED COMPRESSOR
A motor operated compressor includes an orbiting scroll that defines a compression chamber together with a fixed scroll. The compressor includes a main frame disposed around and supporting the orbiting scroll. The main frame defines a back-pressure chamber together with the orbiting scroll. The compressor includes a groove disposed in one of the orbiting scroll and the main frame. A first sealing member is inserted into the groove. A second sealing member is inserted into the groove to elastically press the first sealing member into close contact with the orbiting scroll or the main frame. A radial distance (a) between an outer wall of the groove and the first sealing member is 6 to 8% (0.06a/W0.08) of a difference (W) between an outer radius (OR) and an inner radius (IR) of the first sealing member (W=ORIR).
Scroll compressor
A scroll compressor is provided which includes: a revolving scroll, a fixed scroll, an autorotation preventing mechanism, a frame, a crank shaft provided with an eccentric pin portion which is eccentric with respect to an axis, the crank shaft being provided with a flange portion at a lower portion of the eccentric pin portion, the flange portion being larger than the diameter of the eccentric pin portion, a balance weight mounted on the flange portion, a sealing member performing sealing between the revolving scroll and the flange portion, and a thrust bearing arranged between the frame and the flange portion. The scroll compressor reduces the amount of oil flowing into a back pressure chamber, thereby improving the performance of the scroll compressor.
