COMPRESSOR
Disclosed herein is a scroll compressor having a shaft balancer capable of attenuating vibration while preventing deformation of the rotary shaft during operation at a high speed.
Motor driven compressor apparatus including swing pin
A motor driven compressor apparatus includes a rotary shaft rotatably supported in a housing, an eccentric bushing eccentrically coupled to the rotary shaft, and a swing pin configured to connect the eccentric bushing and the rotary shaft with each other, wherein the rotary shaft is provided with a flow path configured to pass through the center of a cross-section in the longitudinal direction and, in one direction at which the eccentric bushing is disposed, a first pin insertion hole which communicates with the flow path and into which the swing pin is inserted, the eccentric bushing is provided with a second pin insertion hole into which the swing pin is inserted in the other direction at which the rotary shaft is disposed, and refrigerant leaks between the swing pin and the first pin insertion hole.
Compressor
Disclosed herein is a scroll compressor having a shaft balancer capable of attenuating vibration while preventing deformation of the rotary shaft during operation at a high speed.
ROTARY COMPRESSOR
A rotary compressor is disclosed. A back pressure pocket among a plurality of back pressure pockets closest to a discharge port disposed in at least one of main bearing or sub bearing is radially spaced from an inner circumferential surface of a bearing hole, and communicates with an inner space of a casing through a back pressure passage formed through at least one of the main bearing or the sub bearing. Accordingly, the back pressure pocket closest to the discharge port may strongly support a vane passing near a reference point toward a cylinder while forming a discharge pressure, or a super discharge pressure higher than the discharge pressure. This may suppress or prevent chattering of the vane near the reference point to reduce vibration noise while suppressing or preventing wear between the vane and the cylinder to enhance compression efficiency. This may also suppress or prevent leakage between compression chambers, thereby preventing delay of initial startup of the compressor.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR
A scroll compressor is disclosed. The scroll compressor includes a rotating shaft coupling portion axially extending from a central portion of an orbiting end plate to radially overlap an orbiting wrap, such that an eccentric portion of a rotating shaft is coupled thereto, and a portion of the orbiting wrap may extend from an end surface of the rotating shaft coupling portion facing a fixed end plate. With the configuration, a distance between bearing reaction force and gas reaction force acting on the orbiting scroll can be reduced, to stabilize a behavior of the orbiting scroll and thus reduce back pressure, thereby decreasing friction loss between scrolls. Simultaneously, compression chambers can be formed even in a central portion of the orbiting scroll, which can increase a compression ratio and improve volumetric efficiency.
SCROLL COMPRESSOR WITH ECONOMIZER INJECTION
A scroll compressor includes a compressor housing, an orbiting scroll member, a non-orbiting scroll member, an economizer injection inlet, and a discharge outlet. The orbiting scroll member and the non-orbiting scroll member are disposed within the compressor housing. The orbiting scroll member and the non-orbiting scroll member are intermeshed thereby forming a compression chamber within the compressor housing. The non-orbiting scroll includes at least one compression inlet port. An economizer injection inlet is formed through the compressor housing and in fluid communication with the compression chamber via the at least one compression inlet port. The discharge outlet is in fluid communication with the compression chamber.
Displacement machine according to the spiral principle, method to regulate pressure in the counter-pressure chamber by using a pressure difference and characteristic curve
The invention relates to a displacement machine according to the spiral principle, in particular a scroll compressor or scroll expander, with a high-pressure chamber, a low-pressure chamber and an orbiting displacement spiral, which engages in a counter-spiral such that chambers are formed between the displacement spiral and the counter-spiral for receiving a working medium, wherein a counter-pressure chamber is formed between the low-pressure chamber and the displacement spiral. According to the invention a pressure regulating device which is fluidically connected to the counter-pressure chamber sets a pressure difference between the counter-pressure chamber and the low-pressure chamber by means of a set value specified by the computing unit.
PUMP BODY ASSEMBLY, HEAT EXCHANGE APPARATUS, FLUID MACHINE AND OPERATING METHOD THEREOF
The present disclosure provides a pump body assembly, a heat exchange apparatus, a fluid machine and an operating method thereof. The pump body assembly includes a piston, a shaft, a piston sheath, and a cylinder. The shaft drives the piston to rotate and reciprocate within the piston sheath while rotating. The piston sheath is located in the cylinder, and a compression chamber is defined between an outer circumferential wall of the piston and an inner wall of the cylinder. A pressure relief recess is defined in the outer circumferential wall of the piston or the inner wall of the cylinder at a position corresponding to the compression chamber.
COMPRESSOR AND REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
A compressor and a refrigeration system are provided. The compressor has a shell, an air cylinder assembly and a pressure relief device. The shell has a containing cavity. The air cylinder assembly is disposed in the containing cavity, and has an air suction cavity and a pressure relief channel. The pressure relief channel communicates with the air suction cavity and the containing cavity, and has a pressure relief opening. The pressure relief device is connected with the air cylinder assembly. The pressure relief device moves in the axis direction of the pressure relief channel, so as to open or close the pressure relief opening.
Compressor with a deformable groove
A compressor includes a deformable groove spaced apart from a key groove and deformable to reduce an impact force or stress generated at an Oldham's ring.
