Compressor having external shell with vibration isolation and pressure balance
Methods, systems, and apparatuses are disclosed to isolate operation vibration of a compressor to reduce operational sound. A compressor may include an external shell, and one or more isolators that separate a compression mechanism of a compressor from the external shell. The isolator can help isolate the vibration of the compression mechanism from the external shell. The isolator can also support a weight of the compression mechanism. The external shell can also include one or more internal seals. The internal seals can help separate a low-pressure side (e.g., a suction side) and a high-pressure side (e.g., a discharge side) of the compression mechanism. The compressor may also include a pressure balancing mechanism configured to help reduce a pressure difference between, for example, two ends of the compression mechanism, so as to reduce/eliminate the compression mechanism from physical shift in position due to the pressure difference.
DISPLACEMENT MACHINE ACCORDING TO THE SPIRAL PRINCIPLE, METHOD FOR OPERATING A DISPLACEMENT MACHINE, VEHICLE AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM, AND VEHICLE
The invention relates to a displacement machine according to the spiral principle, in particular a scroll compressor or scroll expander, with a high-pressure chamber, a low-pressure chamber and an orbiting displacement spiral, which engages in a counter-spiral such that chambers are formed between the displacement spiral and the counter-spiral for receiving a working medium, wherein a counter-pressure chamber is formed between the low-pressure chamber and the displacement spiral. According to the invention a pressure regulating device which is fluidically connected to the counter-pressure chamber sets a pressure difference between the counter-pressure chamber and the low-pressure chamber by means of a set value specified by the computing unit.
Abatement system
Liquid ring pumps are used to pump a variety of fluid types. The present invention provides a two stage liquid ring pump through which an exhaust gas comprising compounds to be destroyed is passed. The exhaust gas passes through the first stage to a gas abatement device, following which it is passed back to the second stage of the liquid ring pump for removal of the compounds formed in said abatement device. The stages of the liquid ring pump may be adjustable.
Compressor with two rotors coaxially disposed on a connecting assembly sleeved on the shaft that limits relative movement between them
The present disclosure provides a compressor and an air conditioner. The compressor includes a housing; a first rotating shaft mounted in the housing; a connecting assembly sleeved on the first rotating shaft; and a first rotor assembly including a first rotor and a second rotor coaxially disposed on the connecting assembly. The connecting assembly carries the first rotor and the second rotor to rotate about the first rotating shaft together. The connecting assembly is configured to limit the relative positions of the first rotor and the second rotor, such that there exists a clearance between the first rotor and the second rotor. The present disclosure can maintain a clearance between the first rotor and the second rotor without increasing the number of components of the compressor.
Compressor with oil pump
A compressor may include a compression mechanism and an oil pump. The compression mechanism is configured to compress a working fluid. The oil pump may be defined by a driveshaft and a bearing. The driveshaft is drivingly connected to the compression mechanism and includes a lubricant passage. The bearing receives a portion of the driveshaft and includes a bearing surface that rotatably supports the driveshaft. The bearing includes a pump cavity surface that is spaced apart from the driveshaft and cooperates with a diametrical surface of the driveshaft to define a pump cavity that extends around the diametrical surface of the driveshaft. The bearing includes an inlet passage and an outlet passage. The inlet passage receives oil from an oil sump and provides oil to the pump cavity. The outlet passage receives oil from the pump cavity and provides oil to the lubricant passage of the driveshaft.
Rotary compressor, method of manufacturing a rotary compressor, and apparatus for manufacturing a rotary compressor
A rotary compressor, a method of manufacturing a rotary compressor, and an apparatus for manufacturing a rotary compressor are provided. The rotary compressor may include a case having an inner space, a stator to which power may be applied, the stator being disposed in the case, and a compression mechanism disposed on or at one side of the stator to generate a compression force of a refrigerant. The compression mechanism may include a rotational shaft, a cylinder that accommodates a roller coupled to the rotational shaft, a main bearing coupled a first side of the cylinder, and a sub bearing coupled to a second side of the cylinder. The main bearing may be press-fitted and fixed to an inner surface of the case.
Compressor
The present invention discloses a compressor comprising: a vessel; a crankshaft including an annular mounting recessed groove which is formed on its outer circumferential surface; a compression mechanism disposed over the crankshaft, and configured to compress the refrigerant sucked from an outside through rotation of the crankshaft; and a stopper which consists of a first stopper member and a second stopper member, and includes a through-hole which is formed between the first stopper member and the second member. The crankshaft is inserted into the through-hole of the stopper, and the stopper is engaged and fixed on the annular mounting recessed groove.
MECHANICAL AUTOMOTIVE VACUUM PUMP
A vacuum pump includes a pump rotor comprising a rotor body, a housing arrangement, a slidable pump vane, and a backing support cone structure. The rotor body comprises a vane slit, a conical ring, a coupling-sided end portion, and a vane-sided end portion. The housing arrangement comprises a static conical ring corresponding to the conical ring. The slidable pump vane is supported in the vane slit. The backing support cone structure is arranged at a front end of the vane-sided end portion and is defined by the conical ring of the rotor body and the static conical ring of the housing arrangement. A coupling structure and a single radial bearing are each arranged at the coupling-sided end portion of the rotor body and a radial bearing is not arranged at the vane-sided end portion of the rotor body so that the rotor body is radially supported cantilevered.
SUPERCHARGER HAVING CONSTANT LEAD HELIX ANGLE TIMING GEARS
A supercharger constructed in accordance to one example of the present disclosure includes a housing, a first rotor, a second rotor, a first timing gear, a second timing gear, a first rotor shaft and a second rotor shaft. The first and second rotors are received in cylindrical overlapping chambers of the housing. The first timing gear has first helical teeth. The second timing gear has second helical teeth. The second timing gear is arranged in meshed engagement with the first timing gear such that the second timing gear is driven by the first timing gear. The first rotor shaft supports the first rotor and the first timing gear. The second rotor shaft supports the second rotor and the second timing gear. The first timing gear has a first axial lead. The first rotor has a second axial lead. The first and second axial leads match.
