Compressor
A compressor including a shaft, a flange to support shaft, and a muffler to reduce noise generated in a compression chamber of the compressor. The flange including a plurality of noise reductions units each of which is formed to have a different volume and at least a portion of the noise reduction unit is covered by the muffler.
ROTARY COMPRESSOR
A rotary compressor includes a compressor housing that is provided with a refrigerant discharge portion and a refrigerant suction portion, and an accumulator that is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the compressor housing and connected to the suction portion. The accumulator has a cylindrical body portion, which is formed of a resin material, an upper portion, which is formed of a metal material and closes an upper end of the body portion, and a lower portion, which is formed of a metal material and closes a lower end of the body portion, the upper portion is joined to the upper end of the body portion, and the lower portion is joined to the lower end of the body portion.
Compressor having insulation plate
A compressor may include a casing, and a compression device installed inside of the casing and that compresses the refrigerant while rotating by receiving a rotational force of an electric motor through a rotational shaft. A high/low pressure separation plate may be installed at an upper portion of the compression device, and an insulation plate may be provided to block the high/low pressure separation plate and the suction tube from each other by being located therebetween. The insulation plate may reduce heat transfer between a refrigerant discharge space having a high temperature located at the upper portion of the high/low pressure separation plate and a refrigerant suction space having a relatively low temperature located at a lower portion of the high/low pressure separation plate.
COMPRESSOR AND AIR CONDITIONER
According to one embodiment, a compressor includes cylinders, a rotating shaft, bearings, discharge valve mechanisms, and mufflers. As to the mufflers, an outer contour of the muffler chamber is defined by each of an end face part which is a face part on one end side of the muffler in an axial direction of the rotating shaft, a brim part which is a face part on the other end side in the axial direction, and a side face part which joins the end face part and the brim part to each other in a cylindrical form in the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft, and one of the mufflers includes a concave part formed by denting each of the end face part and the side face part toward the inside of a muffler chamber.
Sound control for a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning unit
Systems and methods to isolate a vibration source (e.g., a compressor) externally are disclosed. The embodiments generally include preventing/reducing vibration and/or pulsation transmission from the vibration source by one or more functional/structural isolating members, and preventing/reducing sound radiated from the vibration source by one or more sound enclosures.
Fluid working systems
A fluid working system such as a pump for displacing a working fluid such as hydraulic fluid or a motor using a working fluid is provided. The system may have a positive displacement machine which includes one or more working chamber with displacement means such as a cylinder with a reciprocating piston. There are also two or more fluid ports to allow the working fluid to flow into and out of the working chamber. The working fluid flows from one fluid port means to another either being forced to do so when pumped or moving the piston when functioning as an engine. The fluid working system has associated therewith a non-dead compliance volume of a material such as syntactic foam. This compliance volume acts to smooth any pressure fluctuations within the working fluid system.
Rotary compressor and refrigeration cycle apparatus
According to one embodiment, a rotary shaft of a rotary compressor includes a first connection shaft and a second connection shaft. The first connection shaft has a cross-sectional shape including a first outer surface, a second outer surface, and a third outer surface. L1 represents a distance from an intersecting point located on one end side where the first outer surface and the second outer surface intersect each other to the rotation center, L2 represents a distance from an intersecting point located on an other end side where the first outer surface and the second outer surface intersect each other, to the rotation center, and L3 represents a distance from the third outer surface to the rotation center, a relationship of L1>L3≥L2 is satisfied.
Scroll compressor
A scroll compressor includes a casing; an orbiting scroll; a fixed scroll; and a main frame which supports the orbiting scroll. The fixed scroll may include a fixed scroll end plate and a fixed scroll wrap which protrudes from the fixed scroll end plate. The main frame may include a main frame end plate which is provided on the opposite side of the fixed scroll end plate on the basis of the orbiting scroll, and a main frame side plate which protrudes from an outer circumferential portion of the main frame end plate toward the fixed scroll. The fixed scroll end plate, the main frame end plate, and the main frame side plate may form an orbiting space of the orbiting scroll.
SCREW COMPRESSOR, REFRIGERATION SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
Disclosed is a screw compressor (100), comprising a screw compressor housing (101), a discharge cavity (113), at least one silencing channel, and at least one adjustment piston, wherein the discharge cavity (113) is defined by at least one part of the screw compressor housing (101); the at least one part of the screw compressor housing (101) defining the discharge cavity (113) forms a wall of the discharge cavity (113); at least one hole is provided in the wall of the discharge cavity (113); the at least one adjustment piston can be inserted into the at least one hole and move therein; the at least one silencing channel is formed by the at least one hole and the at least one adjustment piston, and the at least one silencing channel is in fluid communication with the discharge cavity (113); and the position of the at least one adjustment piston in the at least one hole determines the silencing length of the at least one silencing channel.
COMPRESSOR
A compressor according to embodiments of the present disclosure comprises a discharge valve which is provided so as to be coupled to a fixed scroll and open/close a discharge hole. The discharge valve includes a coupling portion which is coupled to one surface of the fixed scroll, the surface facing a muffler, and a head portion extending from the coupling portion and opening/closing the discharge hole. The head portion may be provided with a communicating hole for allowing the discharge hole and the muffler to be in communication with each other. Accordingly, a backflow of a compressed refrigerant is prevented during the operation of the compressor, and thus over-compression of the refrigerant can be prevented. Also, when the compressor stops operating, only a certain amount of the discharged refrigerant is allowed to flow backward to prevent a reverse rotation of an orbiting scroll and a decrease in the oil level of the oil stored in a case.
