Dual-cylinder two-stage variable cpacity compressor

A dual-cylinder two-stage variable capacity compressor is provided, including: a first cylinder, having an exhaust port connected to a first exhaust channel: a second cylinder, wherein the second cylinder is provided with a ventilating slider, and the ventilating slider is provided with a first gas transit channel and a second gas transit channel; wherein, when the ventilating slider is at a first connecting position, the first exhaust channel is connected to a suction channel in a second cylinder when the ventilating slider is at a second connecting position, the first exhaust channel is connected to a second exhaust channel. The compressor of the present disclosure can vary its own capacity, that is, the variation of the compressor's capacity can be realized by arranging a ventilating slider, which will meet the requirements of variation loads of the compressor in different seasons.

SCROLL COMPRESSOR

[Problem] A scroll compressor is provided which has improved workability when a back pressure chamber and a compression chamber are communicated with each other.

[Solution] A scroll compressor 1 includes a back pressure chamber 39 formed in a back surface of a mirror plate 31 of a movable scroll 22 in the scroll compressor 1, and a communication hole 51 which is formed in the mirror plate 31 of the movable scroll 22 and communicates the back pressure chamber 39 and a compression chamber 3-1 with each other. The communication hole 51 is constituted of a large-diameter hole section 52 located on the back pressure chamber 33 side of the mirror plate 31 of the movable scroll 22, and a small-diameter hole section 53 which continues from the large-diameter hole section 52 to reach the compression chamber 34.

Supercharger integral resonator

A supercharger assembly comprises a housing, a rotor bore with an outer wall, an outlet in an outlet plane, an inlet in an inlet plane perpendicular to the outlet plane, and an outlet divider wall. The supercharger assembly comprises a first recess, a first perforated material covering the first recess, and an outlet resonator. The first recess is separated from the outlet by the outlet divider wall. The first recess is located between the outer wall and the first perforated material.

SCROLL COMPRESSOR

A scroll compressor may include a compressor chamber, a back pressure chamber, a first intermediate pressure hole, a second intermediate pressure hole, a third intermediate pressure hole, a back pressure switching unit configured to selectively connect the first intermediate pressure hole and the back pressure chamber or the second intermediate pressure hole and the back pressure chamber, a capacity variable unit configured to selectively open and close a capacity variable passage, and a mode switching unit provided outside of the casing and configured to control opening and closing operations of the back pressure switching unit and the capacity variable unit. This may simplify the structure of the back pressure switching unit and the mode switching unit, thereby maintaining compactness of the compressor while installing the back pressure switching unit inside of the casing, and thus, operation reliability of the mode switching unit may be secured and maintenance facilitated.

Compressor

A compressor may include a casing having a refrigerant inlet space therein that communicates with a suction pipe through which a refrigerant is suctioned into the casing; a high/low pressure separation plate that crosses an upper portion of a compression unit to partition the refrigerant inlet space positioned at a lower portion of the high/low pressure separation plate and a refrigerant discharge space positioned at an upper portion thereof; and a discharge guide. The discharge guide may be provided in the refrigerant discharge space and may be coupled with an upper surface of the high/low pressure separation plate to cover a communication hole of the high/low pressure separation plate that provides communication between the refrigerant inlet space and the refrigerant discharge space and at least a portion thereof may extend to a discharge pipe.

A rotary compressor may include a case, a cylinder, a roller, a vane, a main bearing and a sub bearing, and a discharge passage defined in the main bearing or the sub bearing to discharge refrigerant compressed in a compression space. The discharge passage may include at least one discharge hole formed through the main bearing or the sub bearing, and at least one discharge guide groove having a first end that communicates with the at least one discharge hole and a second end that extends from the at least one discharge hole toward a contact point between the cylinder and the roller and is recessed from one surface of the main bearing or the sub bearing forming the compression space. Accordingly, an amount of refrigerant remaining in the compression space even after a discharge stroke may be reduced.

POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT ROOTS BLOWER NOISE SUPPRESSION

A positive displacement roots blower can include a housing having an inlet structured to receive an incoming flow of a fluid, an outlet structured to receive an outgoing flow of the fluid, and a passage. The positive displacement roots blower can also include a pair of intermeshed rotating members supported for complementary rotation within the housing, where the rotating members and the housing form respective operating volumes there between which rotate with the rotating members. Each of the respective operating volumes has the following regions: (1) open to inlet/closed to outlet; (2) closed to inlet/closed to outlet; and (3) closed to inlet/open to outlet. The passage includes a restriction and connects to at least one of the operating volumes when the at least one of the respective operating volumes is in region (2). The restriction can be a venturi feedback connecting to the outlet.
