Recess-mounted hydraulic pump cartridge and work vehicle drivetrain therewith
A hydraulic pump is configured to mount within an internal receptacle defined by a housing of a hydraulically-powered component of a work vehicle. The pump has a housing defining one or more pump chambers. Each pump chamber communicates with a suction port and an outlet pressure port. Each pump chamber contains a pump assembly having a drive member at a fluid interface between the suction port and the outlet pressure port. The drive member is arranged for co-rotation with at least one power input component extending into the housing through each pump chamber. Rotation of each drive member displaces and pressurizes hydraulic fluid through the pump housing, and, when the pump is mounted within the internal receptacle, through internally ported passages routed through walls of the hydraulically-powered component housing.

A fluid transfer system within a berm surrounding at least one bulk fluid storage tank includes: a rotary positive displacement pump; and an air motor adapted to be in fluid communication with an air supply and in operable communication with the rotary positive displacement pump, for driving the pump, the air supply provided by an air compressor outside of the berm, wherein the rotary positive displacement pump is adapted to pump from a first bulk fluid storage tank to a second bulk fluid storage tank, wherein the second bulk fluid storage tank may have a greater potential energy than the first bulk fluid storage tank.

A hydraulic pump is configured to mount within an internal receptacle defined by a housing of a hydraulically-powered component of a work vehicle. The pump has a housing defining one or more pump chambers. Each pump chamber communicates with a suction port and an outlet pressure port. Each pump chamber contains a pump assembly having a drive member at a fluid interface between the suction port and the outlet pressure port. The drive member is arranged for co-rotation with at least one power input component extending into the housing through each pump chamber. Rotation of each drive member displaces and pressurizes hydraulic fluid through the pump housing, and, when the pump is mounted within the internal receptacle, through internally ported passages routed through walls of the hydraulically-powered component housing.

An electric liquid pump has a motor, a liquid pump including an inner rotor having an external tooth and integrated with an axial end of a shaft of the motor and an outer rotor having an internal tooth meshing with the external tooth and forming a gap into which a liquid is suctioned and from which the liquid is discharged, a motor case having a box shape and including therein a first accommodation chamber, a second accommodation chamber, and a partition wall allowing the first and second accommodation chambers to communicate with each other, and a body including a centering body portion, a general body portion, and a bearing portion formed to penetrate the centering body portion and the general body portion. Each of the inner rotor, the outer rotor, and the body is made of a thermosetting resin, and the magnet portion is a bonded magnet.

An electric liquid pump has a motor, a liquid pump including an inner rotor having an external tooth and integrated with an axial end of a shaft of the motor and an outer rotor having an internal tooth meshing with the external tooth and forming a gap, a motor case having a box shape and including therein first and second accommodation chambers and a partition wall allowing the first and second accommodation chambers to communicate with each other, and a body including a centering body portion, a general body portion, and a bearing portion formed to penetrate the centering body portion and the general body portion. The shaft is integrally formed with a sleeve of the shaft and a general shaft portion. The sleeve and the general shaft portion are made of the same material. The magnet portion is made of a bonded magnet and is integrated with the sleeve.

The motor case and the body are made of resins. A connection body portion extends in a radial direction of the shaft. A connection case portion extends in the radial direction. The connection body portion and the connection case portion are provided with attachment portions having a through-hole-shape at positions facing each other.
ELECTRIC COMPRESSOR
An electric compressor includes a partition member that divides an interior of a case into a first region in which an electric motor is disposed and a second region in which a compression mechanism is disposed. The first region is in communication with a suction passage of the case. The partition member has: a suction port; a discharge port; and an evaporation passage. The suction port opens into the first region at a position above an axis of a rotary shaft, and the refrigerant in the first region is drawn through the suction port. The discharge port is located below the axis, and the refrigerant is discharged into the compression mechanism through the discharge port. The evaporation passage is located inside the partition member, and the suction port is in communication with the discharge port through the evaporation passage so that a liquid refrigerant evaporates in the evaporation passage.
