Rotary vacuum pump with a rotor end groove
A rotary vacuum pump includes a housing defining a pump chamber therein and a rotor extending through a first axial end panel into the pump chamber and carrying at least one vane for rotary movement of the vane within the pump chamber. The rotor comprises an annular axial end face configured to seal against a corresponding contact surface of a second axial end panel. An annular groove for reducing noise generation of the rotary vacuum pump during operation is formed at the annular axial end face of the rotor and/or the contact surface of the second axial end panel.
Air/oil separator
The air/oil separator uses a multi-chambered reservoir tank, which is divided into four separate internal chambers. The discharge oil passes sequentially through the chambers within the separator progressively separating and collecting the liquid oil from the discharge. The separator has an elongated reservoir chamber and three additional chambers, a deflector chamber, a screen chamber and a filter chamber located over the reservoir chamber. The separator includes two removable diffuser plates suspended within the reservoir chamber. The separator includes a replaceable screen separating the reservoir and screen chambers and filter element mounted within the filter chamber. Discharged oil enters the separator through a side oriented inlet port into the deflector chamber. The discharge oil is directed against an internal deflector wall within the deflector chamber that redirects the flow radially before falling vertically into the main reservoir chamber below.
VACUUM PUMP
Vacuum pump having a housing which defines a pump chamber and a drive chamber. A rotor is arranged in the housing, wherein the rotor has at least one rotor element arranged in the pump chamber for conveying a gaseous medium from an inlet to an outlet. Therein, the rotor extends from the pump chamber through a shaft feedthrough into the drive chamber. The shaft feedthrough has a connection, wherein the connection is connected to an underpressure, so that a barrier gas flows from the drive chamber at least partially through the shaft feedthrough to the connection.
LIQUID BLADE PUMP
A pump for pumping a gas, the pump comprising: a rotor and a stator; the rotor comprising at least one liquid opening configured for fluid communication with a liquid source. The liquid opening is configured such that in response to a driving force a stream of liquid is output from the opening, the stream of liquid forming a liquid blade between the rotor and the stator, gas confined by the stator, the rotor and the liquid blade being driven through the pump along a pumping channel from a gas inlet towards a gas outlet in response to relative rotational motion of the rotor and the stator. A cross sectional area of the pumping channel is configured to increase from the gas inlet to the gas outlet.
Vacuum pump, scroll pump, and manufacturing method for such
The invention relates to a scroll pump comprising a pressure sensor integrated into the scroll pump.
NEW VANE SHAPE
A vane for use in a rotary pump “R” a first portion P1 having a first thickness T1 and a second portion P2 which has a second thickness T2 that is greater than the first thickness T1. In some examples, the vane has an L-shaped cross-section. In other examples, said second portion P2 has a circular cross-section.
LIQUID BLADE PUMP
A pump includes: a rotor and a stator; the rotor having at least one liquid opening configured for fluid communication with a liquid source. The liquid opening is configured such that a stream of liquid is output to form a liquid blade between the rotor and the stator, and gas confined by the stator, the rotor and the liquid blade is driven through the pump . The pump is configured such that a pumping channel has side walls that slope towards each other from the rotor that comprises the liquid opening towards a further wall of the pumping channel remote from the rotor, such that a distance between the side walls decreases with increasing distance from the liquid opening, a tangent to a midpoint of the side walls having an angle of between 5° and 40° with respect to a line perpendicular to an axis of rotation of the rotor.
Vacuum pump having a liquid cooled vibration monitoring device mounted thereon
A vacuum pump includes a pump rotor, a housing configured to house the pump rotor, and a monitoring device attached to the housing and configured to detect vibration of the housing. The housing includes first channels for causing a coolant to flow to a portion opposed to the monitoring device.
ELECTRIC MOTOR AND VACUUM PUMP
An electric motor, in particular for a vacuum pump, with two magnetically coupled shafts. A correction force can be set on each shaft by means of adjusting magnet devices, whereby negative effects due to errors in the magnetic coupling can be compensated.
Complete bearing-sealed root vacuum pump system capable of promoting vacuum ability of condenser of power plant
A complete bearing-sealed root vacuum pump system capable of promoting vacuum ability of a condenser of a power plant provides a complete bearing-sealed structure. All chambers are isolated effectively so that liquid cannot flow there between and thus not to destroy the root vacuum pump. Therefore, the lifetime of the root vacuum pump is prolonged. The heat exchangers are arranged between the root vacuum pumps and the front stage pump so as to return the condensed water. The condenser vacuum is improved and thus the power generation efficiency is promoted, and power consumption is lowered. As a result a large power plant can save several thousand tons of coals per year.
