Scroll compressor
Provided is a scroll compressor which has a reduced noise vibration by minimizing an impact sound generated when the operation of the scroll compressor is stopped.
Clearance adjustment for twin-screw pumps
Technologies are generally described for clearance adjustments in twin-screw pump assemblies. A twin-screw pump assembly may include a conically shaped portion of a drive shaft enveloped by a bushing. For clearance adjustment, both clamping nuts of the drive shaft, which provide pretention to the bushing and secure an axial position of a threaded screw to the drive shaft, may be removed on the flow side of the pump assembly and the bushing loosened to adjust the angularity between bushing and drive shaft. The bushing may then be pushed over the conically shaped portion and both clamping nuts re-assembled. In some examples, a clamping nut of the driven shaft may be designed and used as removal/loosening tool for the drive shaft bushing.
Pump assembly and method for producing a pump assembly
A pump assembly comprising at least one housing and two gear wheels. The housing comprises at least one base plate and a cover element, which are interconnectable to form a pressure chamber. An outer circumferential surface of each of the two gear wheels has a toothing, and the gear wheels intermesh via the toothings to convey a fluid. The gear wheels are arranged along an axial direction in the pressure chamber between the base plate and the cover element. The pressure chamber is formed in the housing at least by two bores. The first gear wheel is arranged in a first bore and the second gear wheel is arranged in a second bore. Centering pins are provided for aligning the bores and the gear wheels with respect to one another, wherein all centering pins are arranged exclusively in the cover element or exclusively in the base plate.
PUMP BODY ASSEMBLY, COMPRESSOR AND AIR CONDITIONER
A pump body assembly includes: a crankshaft, a first baffle plate and a second baffle plate. The crankshaft includes a first eccentric portion, a support shaft and a second eccentric portion which are arranged at intervals in an axial direction; the first baffle plate and the second baffle plate are arranged in sequence between the first eccentric portion and the second eccentric portion, a first round hole is arranged defined on the first baffle plate, the support shaft is arranged in the first round hole, so that the first baffle plate and the support shaft form a baffle plate bearing, and the baffle plate bearing has a stress relief structure for reducing a contact stress between the support shaft and the first baffle plate.
PUMP BODY ASSEMBLY AND FLUID MACHINE
Disclosed are a pump body assembly and a fluid machine. The pump body assembly comprises a rotation shaft and a piston provided with a sliding hole, wherein at least a portion of the rotation shaft penetrates into the sliding hole, during rotation of the piston with the rotation shaft, and the sliding hole is in sliding fit with the rotation shaft, the piston is provided with a piston communication passage communicated with the sliding hole. The pump body assembly can solve the problem that the piston impedes a flow of oil liquid during use of a rotary cylinder compressor.
Electric compressor capable of fixing a shaft seal
The present disclosure relates to an electric compressor capable of fixing a shaft seal without a retainer for fixing the shaft seal, and includes a shaft which is rotatably coupled inside a main housing, and a shaft seal which is press-fitted between the shaft and the main housing, seals between the shaft and the main housing by an elastic structure, prevents deformation in the elastic structure with a rigid structure formed integrally with the elastic structure, and maintains the coupled position by a frictional force of the elastic structure.
Rotary compressor and refrigeration cycle apparatus
According to one embodiment, a rotary shaft of a rotary compressor includes a first connection shaft and a second connection shaft. The first connection shaft has a cross-sectional shape including a first outer surface, a second outer surface, and a third outer surface. L1 represents a distance from an intersecting point located on one end side where the first outer surface and the second outer surface intersect each other to the rotation center, L2 represents a distance from an intersecting point located on an other end side where the first outer surface and the second outer surface intersect each other, to the rotation center, and L3 represents a distance from the third outer surface to the rotation center, a relationship of L1>L3≥L2 is satisfied.
Compressor
A compressor includes a motor, a balance weight and a partition. The motor includes a rotor having a first end surface and a second end surface. The balance weight is disposed on the first end surface or the second end surface. The partition is disposed on the first end surface or the second end surface. The rotor has a through hole extending from the first end surface to the second end surface. The partition divides, from the through hole, at least one of a front region and a rear region. The front region is located in front of a front edge of the balance weight in a rotational direction of the rotor. The rear region is located behind a rear edge of the balance weight in the rotational direction of the rotor.
Scroll compressor
A scroll compressor includes an oil circulation pipe having one end inserted through a casing to be connected to an oil storage space inside the casing and another end connected to a suction passage for supplying refrigerant from outside of the casing to a compression chamber, an oil circulation valve disposed between the both ends of the oil circulation pipe to selectively open or close the oil circulation pipe, and a controller to control an opening or closing operation of the oil circulation pipe to reduce or eliminate frictional loss due to a shortage of oil by adjusting an oil level of the oil storage space at an initial operation.
Scroll compressor having compression chamber oil supplies having stages in which oil supply overlaps and stages in which oil supply does not overlap
A scroll compressor according to the present disclosure includes a fixed scroll, an orbiting scroll forming first and compression chambers with the fixed scroll, first and second compression chamber oil supply holes formed through the orbiting scroll to communicate with the first compression chamber and the second compression chamber, respectively, wherein when a section in which the first compression chamber oil supply hole is opened toward the first compression chamber is a first oil supply section and a section in which the second compression chamber oil supply hole is opened toward the second compression chamber, a non-overlap section between the first oil supply section and the second oil supply section may be longer than an overlap section between the first oil supply section and the second oil supply section, so as to prevent communication between the first and second compression chambers, thereby suppressing leakage between the compression chambers.
