COMPRESSOR SYSTEM
A compressor system is disclosed. The compressor system includes a motor, a compressor driven by the motor, a first after cooler, a second after cooler, and a heat exchanger housed in an enclosure. Interior panels are arranged in the enclosure to separate the motor and compressor, the first after cooler, the second after cooler, and the heat exchanger from one another. Conduit extends through the interior panels to provide a fluid path between the compressor, the first after cooler, the second after cooler, and the heat exchanger. Ducting is provided in the enclosure to provide fluid communication between various components of the compressor system.
Method of Coupling Stator/Rotor Laminates
A stator assembly for a progressing cavity pump is provided. The stator assembly includes a number of stator laminates having a planar body defining a primary, inner passage and a number of outer passages, the outer passages disposed effectively adjacent the inner passage whereby the inner passage is at least partially defined by a band, wherein the band is outwardly flexible. The stator laminates are coupled to each other in a stack wherein the stator laminate body inner passages define a helical passage. The helical passage is a flexible helical passage.
SEGMENTED ROTOR FORM FOR SUPERCHARGERS AND EXPANDERS
A segmented rotor assembly built from individual rotor segments is presented. In one aspect, the segmented rotor assembly is defined by a plurality of lobes extending between a first lobe end and a second lobe end. Each lobe is constructed from a pair of identically shaped lobe segments mated to each other. Each lobe segment is provided with a helical twist extending between a first segment end and a second segment end. The constructed lobes can then be mated to each other to create a wholly formed rotor.
Multi-bearing scroll compressor to enhance load management
A scroll compressor including a first bearing rotatably supporting a rotary shaft relative to a casing at one side of the rotary shaft with respect to a motor, a second bearing rotatably supporting the rotary shaft relative to the casing at the other side of the rotary shaft with respect to the motor, and a third bearing rotatably supporting the rotary shaft relative to an orbiting scroll at the opposite side of the first bearing with respect to the second bearing. The distance between a first bearing center and a third bearing center is a predetermined distance, the distance between a motor center and the third bearing center is longer than the distance between the motor center and the first bearing center, and the distance between a second bearing center and the motor center is longer than the distance between the second bearing center and the third bearing center.
FLUID COMPRESSOR
The present invention relates to a fluid compressor comprising: a driving module comprising a driving motor embedded in a motor case; and a compression module comprising a rotor, which is rotatably driven by a driving motor and which has a plurality of variable blades radially provided along the outer peripheral surface thereof, a rotor housing for encompassing the rotor, and a cover of the rotor, for closing the rotor housing, wherein the compression modules are stacked and airtight to block contact between fluid passing through the compression module and air outside the compression module, so that the fluid flowing into any one compression module sequentially passes through the remaining compression modules. The rotary shafts provided in each center of the rotors are connected a shaft coupler. The present invention simultaneously achieves a high-efficiency compression ratio and reduces noise caused by the excessive velocity of any compression module.
PROGRESSING CAVITY DEVICES AND ASSEMBLIES FOR COUPLING MULTIPLE STAGES OF PROGRESSING CAVITY DEVICES
A progressing cavity device includes a stator including a first end, a second end, and an inner surface formed from a metallic material that extends between the first end and the second end, and a rotor rotatably disposed in the stator, the stator including a first end, a second end, and an outer surface formed from a metallic material that extends between the first end and the second end, wherein the outer surface of the rotor contacts the inner surface of the stator, wherein the inner surface of the stator includes a conical taper extending between the first end and the second end, wherein the outer surface of the rotor includes a conical taper extending between the first end and the second end.
Multistage pump assembly with at least one co-used shaft
A multistage pump assembly with at least one co-used shaft comprises a first pump set including at least two vacuum chambers. Each vacuum chamber of the first pump set is installed with at least one rotor and a first driving shaft, the rotor is installed to the first driving shaft in the same vacuum chamber of the first pump set. The first driving shafts in the first pump set are co-shafted, that is, rotors in the at least two vacuum chambers of the first pump set are installed at the same first driving shaft. A second pump set includes at least one vacuum chamber which includes at least one rotor and a second driving shaft. An outlet of the second pump set is connected to an inlet of the first pump set through an air tube.
Device for wetting a plurality of threads, and metering pump for such a device
Particular techniques involve a device for wetting multiple threads with a fluid, and a dosing pump which is connected to the wetting means by multiple conveying lines. The dosing pump has multiple conveying means for generating multiple dosing flows of the fluid and has multiple pump outlets, to which the delivery lines are connected. The conveying means are formed by at least one planetary gear set arranged between housing plates. To achieve, as far as possible, a uniform throughflow without a significant dead space volume, multiple planet gears of the planetary gear set are guided freely by a centering plate between adjacent housing plates. The planet gears of the planetary gear set have in each case one passage opening, which are connected by a channel system to a central pump inlet. It is thus possible to realize close fits and flushing of gaps.
MODULAR FLUID PUMP FOR USE IN DIVERSE APPLICATIONS
A modular fluid pump includes a stator having a plurality of stator teeth and windings that are positioned on the stator teeth. A rotor has a central shaft and substantially hemispheric ends and a plurality of magnets that define an electromagnetic communication with the windings A housing surrounds the stator and includes a fixed end cap that receives one of the hemispheric ends of the central shaft and defines a rotational axis of the rotor. A securing end cap that receives the other hemispheric end of the central shaft. The central shaft and the fixed and securing end caps define the rotational axis of the rotor. Engagement of the hemispheric end with the central shaft and the fixed and securing end caps maintains the rotor and the central shaft aligned with the rotational axis and balanced within the stator.
