COMPLETE ANIMAL FOOD HAVING CANNABINOIDS IN TRACE CONCENTRATIONS TO AVOID TOXICITY
A nutritionally complete animal food including, vitamins, and minerals to sustain the animal's health and wellness. The one or more ingredients containing cannabinoids added to the nutritionally complete animal food at the time of manufacturing. These cannabinoids are selected from the group consisting of Cannabichromenic acid (CBCA), Cannabidiolic acid (CBDA), Cannabidivarinic acid (CBDVA), Cannabigerolic acid (CBGA), Cannabinolic acid (CBNA), 9-Tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (THCA),Tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (THCVA) and combinations thereof. The concentrations of each of the cannabinoids are each less than 100 parts per million (ppm) in the at least one ingredient. In an alternate embodiment, the one or more ingredients have cannabinoids include in an aggregate concentration of less than 100 parts per million (ppm).
INSECT PRODUCTION SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A method to produce insect frass, water-depleted insects, lipid-depleted insects, and insect lipids is described. The method includes feeding a feedstock to insects to produce grown insects and insect frass, harvesting and removing water from the grown insects, and extracting lipids from the water-depleted insects to produce lipid-depleted insects and insect lipids. The method further comprises mixing the feedstock with water, a mineral enhancer, or a vitamin enhancer, followed by sifting the grown insects, contacting the grown insects with water, separating water from the insect lipids, and distilling, hydrogenating, esterifying, and saponifying the insect lipids. Methods for analyzing, tracking, and shipping the grown insects are described. Producing a multifunctional composition from the insects, and shaping, cooking, flavoring, and production of animal foods or an insect-burger patty is disclosed. The insect production system may be placed within a space station in low Earth orbit, in outer space, or on Mars.
Mite composition, method for rearing a phytoseiid predatory mite species, and use of the composition for controlling crop pests
The present invention relates to a mite composition, the rearing thereof and to the use of the composition for controlling crop pests. The invention provides a mite composition comprising: a rearing population of a phytoseiid predatory mite species, a population of at least one species from the order Astigmata, andoptionally a carrier, wherein the population of the species from the order Astigmata is not alive. In particular the population of the species from the order Astigmata is in fast frozen fom1. The composition is used for controlling crop pests, such as thrip species. The crops may be greenhouse grown crops and open field crops.

Process for Preparing a Ceramic Article Containing Sludge
The invention relates to a process for the preparation of a ceramic article containing industrial, domestic or natural sludge, the ceramic article, and treated domestic or natural sludge suitable as raw material for the production of the ceramic article. The sludge (which definition excludes digestate that is obtained from a Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) process comprising liquefaction of the organic fraction of MSW by addition of one or more enzymes) has been pretreated by a process comprising the optional step of drying the sludge to a moisture content of at most 10% by weight, resulting in dried sludge, and heating the sludge or dried sludge in a spouting bed incinerator and reducing the content of organic matter to less than 5% by weight. The invention furthermore relates to a process wherein the pretreatment comprises using the domestic or natural sludge as a food source for larvae.
