Pump device
A pump device includes a casing, an impeller, a base, and a motor. The casing includes a pump chamber, and an inlet and an outlet. The impeller is accommodated in the pump chamber. The motor is connected to the casing for driving the impeller to rotate and includes a rotor chamber for receiving a rotor. The base is disposed between the impeller and the motor and includes an accommodating groove having an inlet port in communication with the rotor chamber to allow fluid in the pump chamber to enter into the rotor chamber. In the pump device, precipitation has been performed to fluid in the accommodating groove before the fluid enters into the rotor chamber, thus the impurity particles can be prevented from entering into the rotor chamber, thereby prolonging the service life of the pump device.
COVER STRUCTURE OF A WASHER PUMP
A cover structure of a washer pump includes a base, a cover and a fastener unit assembled relative to each other. The base and the cover are fastened through the fastener unit, which facilitates the assembly and disassembly of the user. The locking member ensures that the fastener unit is in a locked state to provide a safety protection effect, which not only prevents the fastener unit from being opened by mistake, but also prevents the flow path from being too strong and causes the cover to escape the doubt of the base, thereby enhancing the The tightness of the combination of base and the cover is increased, which increases the fluency of water flow in and out, and at the same time enhances spa and massage effects.
Sensing device, system and method for a pump
A sensing device for a centrifugal slurry pump having an impeller which rotates about an axis, the centrifugal slurry pump including a side liner and a main liner housed within an outer casing of the pump, the sensing device comprising; a body portion arranged to pass through the outer casing, wherein the body portion includes a sensor biased towards contact with either the side liner or the main liner of the pump.
IMPELLER PUMP
A centrifugal pump includes a motor with a shaft and an adapter mounted to the motor. A volute housing mounted to the adapter defines a volute chamber. The adapter and volute housing define a pumping chamber therebetween. The volute housing includes an impeller inlet wall having an orifice. An impeller is disposed within the pumping chamber and a hub of the impeller is mounted on the shaft while a shroud portion coincides with the impeller orifice. An inducer is coupled to the shaft and extends into the inlet dogleg. A first portion of the inducer resides within the shroud portion of the impeller and a second portion of the inducer resides within the inlet orifice. The inducer includes helical blades whereby, upon rotation of the shaft, a fluid within the inlet dogleg is acted upon by the helical blades of the inducer before the fluid enters the impeller shroud portion.
Blood pump with separate mixed-flow and axial-flow impeller stages and multi-stage stators
A pump for a fluid which can be blood has a stator housing and a rotor hub with leading and trailing portions and an intermediate portion disposed therebetween. At least one impeller blade at the leading portion drives circumferential and axial components of a flow into a pump annulus or intermediate pathway portion. At least one stator blade extends radially inward from the stator housing within the intermediate pathway portion and is configured to reduce a circumferential component of the flow.
CENTRIFUGAL PUMP FLOW MODIFIER
There is provided a centrifugal pump comprising a pumping chamber (106). The pumping chamber (106) has an inner surface (108) defining a pump cavity (110); a pump inlet (112) defined in a first side of the pumping chamber (106); a shaft opening (116) defined substantially centrally in a second side of the pumping chamber (106), the second side substantially opposing the first side and arranged to be above the first side, in use; and a pump outlet (114). The centrifugal pump further comprises an impeller (120) retained within the pump cavity (110); and a shaft member (140) mechanically connected to the impeller (120) through the shaft opening (116), whereby rotation of the shaft member (140) causes rotation of the impeller (120) about a shaft axis (157) passing through the shaft opening (116) and movement of a pumping liquid from the pump inlet (112) towards the pump outlet (114). The centrifugal pump further comprises a flow modifier (150) provided adjacent to an outer surface (107) of the pumping chamber (106) at the shaft opening (116) to substantially prevent ingress of air into the pump cavity (110) through the shaft opening (116) during operation of the pump even when a water level in a liquid tank (104) surrounding the pumping chamber (106) drops below a level of the shaft opening (116). The flow modifier (150) comprises an annular portion (152) having defined therein a further shaft opening (156) spaced from the shaft opening (116) and having the shaft member (140) passing therethrough. The centrifugal pump comprises a spacing member (154) spacing the annular portion (152) from the outer surface (107). The flow modifier (150) defines a liquid overflow outlet (164) for liquid flow from the shaft opening (116) in a direction substantially transverse to the shaft axis (157). In one example, the liquid overflow outlet (164) is sized to substantially prevent the ingress of air into the pump cavity (110) through the shaft opening (116) during operation of the pump, even when the water level in the liquid tank (104) surrounding the pumping chamber (106) drops below the level of the shaft opening (116). In the same or an alternative example, the annular portion (152) comprises a first portion (158) having defined therein the further shaft opening (156) and a second portion (160) extending towards the outer
SEGMENTED CAVITATION BOILER
A cavitation boiler segment includes a rotor to be coupled with a rotating inner drum and a stator surrounding the rotor segment. The stator includes a casing enclosing the stator apertures in a fluid passageway. In operation, fluid flows into a first side of the rotor, across a first cavitation region and into the stator, then back across the second cavitation region and into the second side of the rotor where the fluid may flow into a first side of an adjacent segment.
