BLADE SOX
A system for converting a ceiling fan having blades into an air cleaning and air freshening device which fit snugly over the blades of a ceiling fan, their shape conforming to that of the blade structured and arranged to disperse a fresh and pleasing scent into a room with the fan in motion, and attract and capture dust and other allergens, while facilitating the cleaning of the fan blades when removed.
SUCTION ASSEMBLY FOR A CENTRIFUGAL AIR FILTER
A suction assembly for a centrifugal air filter, including an axial fan for generating a cooling air flow and a Venturi nozzle having a flow pipe and an intake port which opens out in a constriction region within the flow pipe. The flow pipe in the outflow direction of the axial fan is penetrated by the cooling air flow in such a manner that a vacuum is initiated in the intake port.
Portable fan
The present invention is directed to a portable fan for the use in firefighting and other ventilation use-cases. The portable fan provides firefighters the ability to provide positive pressure ventilation in use for fighting fires which does not require power cables or combustible fuel powered motors, and provides increased portability, reduced risk, and reduced deployment time associated with managing and fighting a fire.
Height-adjustable fan fixing structure and height adjustment method for fan module
A height-adjustable fan fixing structure and a height adjustment method are provided. The height-adjustable fan fixing structure includes a fan box rear cover and a fan box front cover, the fan box rear cover and the fan box front cover cooperating to fix a fan; and further includes a height adjustment block, the height adjustment block being adjustably mounted on a whole piece formed by connection of the fan box rear cover and the fan box front cover, the lower end of the two side surfaces of the height adjustment block being provided with trunkings, each of the trunkings being provided with a rotatable wire screw, positions, corresponding to the two ends of each wire screw, on the fan box rear cover and the fan box front cover being provided with clamping holes, the two ends of the wire screw being inserted into the clamping holes.
BLOWER
A blower may include a lower case having a suction port and a fan and an upper case having at least one main discharge port and at least one auxiliary discharge port. The auxiliary discharge port may be positioned in front of and below the main discharge port to discharge air introduced through the suction port upward. A door may open and/or close the auxiliary discharge port, and a door motor may power the door. The upper case may be formed as two towers defining a blowing space therebetween, and the at least one auxiliary discharge port may include a plurality of auxiliary discharge ports formed in inner walls of the two towers to face each other.
BLOWER
A blower is provided that may include a fan that creates airflow; a lower body forming an inner space in which the fan may be installed, and having at least one suction hole through which air passes; an upper body positioned above the lower body and including a first upper body forming a first inner space that communicates with the inner space of the lower body, and a second upper body forming a second inner space that communicates with the inner space of the lower body and spaced apart from the first upper body; a space formed between the first upper body and the second upper body and opened in a frontward-rearward direction; a first opening formed through a first boundary surface of the first upper body facing the space; a second opening formed through a second boundary surface of the second upper body facing the space; and a door assembly including a first door installed at the first upper body and that opens and closes the first opening, and a second door installed at the second upper body and that opens and closes the second opening.
ASSEMBLY FOR A COMPRESSOR SECTION OF A GAS TURBINE ENGINE
Assemblies and methods for directing a flow of air through a compressor section of a gas turbine engine are disclosed. A method includes receiving the flow of air over a strut extending radially across a substantially annular gas path of the gas turbine engine, and at least partially confining and modifying a strut wake generated in the flow of air by the strut using one or more variable orientation guide vanes.
Easy Access Fan Motor Assemblies
In a refrigeration unit for use in cooling a space, such as a walk-in cold space, or other system, an easy access fan motor assembly is provided. A motor mount holds the motor with a plurality of legs that couple to a front panel using stud inserts. In some instances the legs are curved and looked like spider legs. A fan guard member covers the fan and is also attached to the stud inserts. By removing fasteners on the stud inserts, the guard member may be removed and the fan motor assembly may be removed from a position exterior to the refrigeration unit for repair or serving. Other systems and methods are disclosed.
Water Heater Blower Housing, Impeller, and Static Tap System
A blower has a blower housing of clamshell construction, including two housing members having a scroll back wall molded with radial draft, an impeller and a motor within the housing, and a static tap connected to the housing. The impeller has a backplate with a backplate back surface region of substantially the same radially converging shape as that of a front surface region of the scroll back wall formed by the radial draft, providing a substantially uniform axial gap between the backplate back surface region and the scroll back wall. The impeller has a ring connected by a skirt to the back plate to define a stepped area behind the ring. The impeller includes impeller blades extending forwardly from the impeller backplate and the ring and back fins extending rearwardly from the ring. The blower has a scroll width of about twice an impeller exhaust width.
FAN
A fan is disclosed. The fan includes a base mountable to a ceiling; a base motor contained in the base; a multi-section shaft operably connected to the base motor and moveable between a collapsed position and an extended position; and a fan assembly connected to the multi-section shaft and including a fan motor and at least one fan blade operably connected to the fan motor, wherein in response to a signal, the base motor raises or lowers the fan assembly by moving the multi-section shaft between the collapsed position and the extended position
