Oil field pump
An oil field pump installed within a pipe that connects to an oil field, feeds accumulated extraction oil in a predetermined direction and includes a rotor, a stator mounted on the outer circumference of the rotor, a flow path for flow of the extraction oil connecting an area formed within the rotor to an area formed between the rotor and the stator, a thrust bearing that supports the axial weight of the rotor and the stator, and a supply pipe that supplies a portion of the extraction oil in the flow path to the thrust bearing. The thrust bearing includes a protrusion part fixed to the outer circumference of the rotor and rotating as one piece with the rotor, and a facing part fixed to the stator and facing opposite a surface in the axial direction of the protrusion.
HYDRAULIC MOTOR
A hydraulic motor is provided. The device includes a manifold member having an inner volume, a fluid inlet orifice and a fluid outlet orifice. The device further includes a power generating member having a channel grooved drive. The inner volume receives the power generating member within the inner volume and retains the power generating member within the inner volume. The power generating member rotates and generates power to be supplied to an external device in response to hydraulic fluid flowing into the manifold member through the inlet orifice and out of the manifold member through the outlet orifice.
Assembly structure of sun gear shaft and spline shaft of a gearbox for wind turbine
Provided is an assembly structure of sun gear shaft and spline shaft of a gearbox for wind turbine. The assembly structure relates to the technical field of gearboxes for wind turbine and includes a sun gear shaft, a spline shaft, a mechanical pump drive gear, and a distance ring. The spline shaft is a hollow shaft. One end of the sun gear shaft is inserted into the spline shaft. The one end of the sun gear shaft inserted into the spline shaft is connected to the spline shaft through a spline pair. The mechanical pump drive gear is mounted at one end of the spline shaft. The inner diameter of the mechanical pump drive gear is less than the inner diameter of the spline shaft. The distance ring is disposed in the spline shaft. One end of the distance ring abuts against the inner side of the mechanical pump drive gear and is securely connected to the mechanical pump drive gear. Another end of the distance ring is spaced from the one end of the sun gear shaft in the spline shaft.
Lubrication system for a piston pump
A piston assembly for a piston pump includes an actuator rod, a piston coupled to the actuator rod and configured to contact a radially-inner wall of a cylinder, and a piston support structure coupled to the actuator rod and configured to contact the radially-inner wall of the cylinder. A fluid channel extends through the actuator rod and the piston support structure, and the fluid channel is configured to deliver a lubricating fluid to an annular space positioned between the piston and the piston support structure along an axial axis of the piston assembly.
Linear compressor
A linear compressor includes a compressor body configured to compress a refrigerant. The compressor body includes a cylinder, a discharge valve, a groove, a gas hole, and a flow restrictor. The cylinder receives a piston. The discharge valve is configured to open and close one side of the cylinder and define a compression space for the refrigerant together with the piston. The groove is defined in an outer circumferential surface of the cylinder and into which at least a portion of the refrigerant discharged through the discharge valve is introduced. The gas hole is defined in the groove to pass through the cylinder. The flow restrictor includes twisting wires made of different materials and is disposed to be wound around the groove.
Rolling bearing protection device and vertical-axis tidal current energy generating device applying the same
This invention provides a rolling bearing protection device and a vertical-axis tidal current energy generating device applying the same. The vertical-axis tidal current energy generating device includes a frame, a vertical-axis hydraulic generator, a rolling bearing, and a rolling bearing protection device. The vertical-axis hydraulic generator includes a main shaft disposed vertical to a horizontal surface, one end of the main shaft is rotatably disposed at a bottom of the frame. The rolling bearing is sleeved on one end of the main shaft. The rolling bearing protection device is disposed above the rolling bearing. The rolling bearing protection device includes a first sealing protection device, a first water leak-proof chamber, and a second sealing protection device disposed in sequence along a gravity direction.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR COOLING A WIND TURBINE GEARBOX OIL HEAT-EXCHANGER
A method and system are provided for cooling a heat-exchanger in a wind turbine that has an electric generator with a cooling air flow directed therethrough. Effluent cooling air flow from the electric generator is directed into an air ejector pump and acts as motive air through the air ejector pump. Cold air is drawn into the air ejector pump by the vacuum generated by the motive air moving through the air ejector pump. The heat exchanger is disposed in-line with the cold air flow so that the cold air is drawn through the heat-exchanger, removes heat from the fluid circulated through the heat-exchanger, and becomes heated air that is combined with the motive air and discharged from the nacelle.
TRANSMISSION
A transmission includes a shaft-hub connection designed as a serration and having an axial extent along a shaft axis, and an oil supply line to the serration in order to lubricate a relative movement in the serration between a shaft side and a hub side of the shaft-hub connection. The oil supply line is designed to open from radially inward directly into a cavity on the serration to enable supply of oil to the serration at an oil pressure that prevails in the cavity.
