DEVICES AND RELATED METHODS FOR PHOTOTHERAPEUTIC TREATMENT OF SKIN
Systems, devices, and related methods for phototherapeutic treatment of skin, and more particularly phototherapeutic treatments for skin conditioning and/or the treatment of skin wrinkles are disclosed. Certain aspects relate to impinging light having a first peak wavelength on skin tissue at a first radiant flux, a second peak wavelength on the skin tissue at a second radiant flux, and, optionally, a third peak wavelength on skin tissue at a third radiant flux. The first wavelength may be selected to produce nitric oxide in the skin and/or to release endogenous stores of nitric oxide; the second wavelength may be selected to promote collagen production. Certain methods involve impinging light having a third peak wavelength that may be selected to reduce inflammation. Devices are disclosed that include combinations of housings, light-transmissive elements, and flexible substrates that are configured to deliver such light to one or more targeted areas.
VIEWING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PROJECTING A LIGHT SIGNAL
The present invention concerns a viewing apparatus comprising: a first optical line comprising: a projecting system adapted to project a light signal on a first area of the retina of an eye of a wearer of the viewing apparatus, a light signal generator generating the light signal to be projected, and a waveguide comprising an input coupler and an exit coupler, the waveguide being adapted to convey light from the input couple to the exit coupler, and optionally a second optical line comprising an optical system adapted to project a light signal of the environment on a second area of the retina of the eye of the wearer, the optical system comprising a part of the waveguide.
TRANSPARENT HEAD FOR A SKIN TREATMENT DEVICE
A transparent cover member for a skin treatment device passes light and heat to a user's skin. The transparent cover member presents a comfortable flat surface at its exterior, and includes features that couple to a heating element that surrounds a plurality of visible light LEDs. The transparent cover member can include retaining features to assist in assembling the head assembly of the skin treatment device.
SYSTEMS FOR FACILITATING LOW-LEVEL LASER THERAPY ON A HEAD OF A USER
A system configured for facilitating LLLT on a head of a user includes an LLLT system and a head-mounting device. The LLLT system includes a laser diode lead configured to output laser light suitable for LLLT and a laser controller configured to provide power to and control operation of the laser diode lead. The head-mounting device is wearable on a head of a user, and the head-mounting device comprising an attachment point. The attachment point is configured to secure the laser diode lead to direct laser light output by the laser diode lead toward a treatment area on a head of a user.
Electronic device
An aspect of the present disclosure relates to an electronic device, and more particularly, to an electronic device that may include: a substrate; a plurality of light emitting devices, disposed on the substrate; a wavelength converting layer, disposed on the substrate, wherein the plurality of the light emitting devices emit a light of same color, wherein light emitted from the light emitting devices is converted by going through the wavelength converting layer, wherein the converted light is extracted to outside of the electronic device, and has a wavelength longer than that of the light emitted from the light emitting devices. Through this, an electronic device can be provided emitting light having a wavelength from which effects of inflammation treatments and skin regeneration can be acquired.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PHOTOBIOMODULATION
The present application is directed to systems, devices, and methods for diagnosing, preventing, and treating diseases and disorders through photobiomodulation therapy, either alone or in combination with one or more other therapies. More particularly, the present invention provides photon source devices configured to deliver light to a portion of an organism, which causes a physiological response within that light exposed organism. The invention also provides a system which includes one or more photon source devices and functionality for diagnosing or assessing a disease or disorder, and for monitoring responsiveness of the disease or disorder to treatment with the therapeutic light. Additionally, this application is directed to utilizing the present systems and devices in combination with known adjunctive therapies including devices, services, drugs, biologics, genetics and supplements to produce synergistic optimal therapeutic outcomes.
FAR INFRARED RADIATION DEVICE
A portable far infrared (FIR) radiation device containing a conductive heat producing and FIR radiation generating layer containing germanium, conductive carbon powder, a polyurethane resin, a coagulating agent, and a diluent is disclosed. Materials used for making the FIR radiation device are also disclosed.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CATHETER BASED LIGHT DELIVERY
Systems and methods are provided for performing a treatment of a lesion within a subject using an endoscopic device. The endoscopic device comprises an endoscope and a catheter. The endoscope is configured to be inserted into the subject and includes a working channel. The catheter is configured to pass through the working channel of the endoscope. The catheter further comprises a sheath, an expandable device, and a light source. The sheath has a lumen and the expandable device may include an inflatable balloon. The light source is configured to be controllable through the lumen of the sheath. The light source is configured to selectively apply light to the lesion within the subject when the endoscope is inserted into the subject.
Light emitting device
The present disclosure relates to a light emitting device. The light emitting device includes: a device housing having a structure with an open bottom; and a sterilization module installed in the device housing and emitting ultraviolet light for sterilization. Here, the sterilization module emits the ultraviolet light for sterilization to the open bottom of the device housing.
Pain treatment device
An apparatus for pain treatment includes first and second treatment heads, where each treatment head includes one or more light sources with different wavelengths oriented to deliver light to a patient area adjacent to the treatment head. The apparatus includes a first articulated arm pivotably connected to the first treatment head at a first end and a second articulated arm pivotably connected to the second treatment head at a first end. The apparatus includes a handle. A first end of the handle is coupled to the first articulated arm at a second end of the first articulated arm distal to the first end of the first articulated arm. A second end of the handle, distal to the first end of the handle, is coupled to the second articulated arm at a second end of the second articulated arm distal to the first end of the second articulated arm.
